    A typical Indian style spiced potato curry cooked on dum - I mean it may read very basic and a dish, that might be given a miss if ever come across. But trust me, it isn’t.
    Ingredients For Poori :-
    ▢2 cups whole wheat flour (maida),
    ▢¼th cup of oil for binding,
    ▢1 teaspoon salt or add as required
    ▢¼th cup water or add as required
    ▢oil for deep frying - as required
    Ingredients For Dum Aloo :-
    ▢1kg baby potatoes - 20 to 25 baby potatoes,
    ▢3 Onions finely chopped
    ▢2 medium sized tomato (puree),
    ▢1 inch ginger - peeled, minced or finely chopped
    ▢2 to 3 green chilies - slit
    ▢2 to 2.5 cups water or add as required
    ▢2 tej patta - large-sized (Indian bay leaf)
    ▢½ teaspoon turmeric powder (ground turmeric),
    ▢2 teaspoon Kashmiri Red Chili Powder,
    ▢1 tablespoons Ghee,
    ▢salt as required,
    ▢1 Tsp Garam Masala Powder,
    ▢Some Coriander Leaves - finely chopped, for garnish
