SERIOUS question what's up with production? Blade HQ, Knife center, Smokey Mountain, is sold out of microtech all the time for years. Any way to boost production? I'm talking years. I dont get to make it to the knife shows often so online is the way for me.
With such a formidable Gap in understanding of the Base Quality, the Breadth and Depth (Width, if you will) of this Gap will be left underappreciated. I, for one, appreciate this Gap deeply.
I love my Microtech's. That being said I couldn't help thinking this video was totally setup and announced the day before. I mean the variety of microtechs is amazing and not surprising at all.
I would assume employees either get one for free or very heavily discounted custom ones. Then it's recommended that they carry them to work just to use as a tool for opening packages and stuff and also to test the products day in and out to give feedback to the design team.
I miss my ludt so much. It is hands down the best automatic EDC knife. I lost my tan one when I was driving across the country for my little brothers memorial. I will get another eventually. 🤞 Keep cranking out awesome knives guys!

The shipping wouldn’t be a problem in my case. What I don’t have is an American credit card.
Love pocket check videos and love seeing knives made in my home state. Would really like to see you guys make a "micro" Stitch... I really like everything about it but it's just a tad too big for me to carry regularly. About 3/4 or 2/3 the size I feel like would be perfect.

Just saying but when someone gives you a knife, give them the knife back the same way they gave it to you. Don’t give them a open knife if they gave it to you closed and vise versa. Bad knife etiquette

There's no doubt about it, very few companies with a quality like microtech, on otf it's the best, on foldings it's more competition , premium material and design, amazing company!!!
The pocket check is cool The Microtech OTF Knives are unfortunately Forbidden in Germany When I Lived and Worked in a Country who this knives are Legal, where my faforite was a Microtech Halo 5 This knive is very very cool Like the Mechanic and love the Design

I was carrying an ultratech an decided to upgrade to scarab 2. Scarab 2 jams way to much at work. Fine aluminum dust gets in back holes making blade not wanting to be drawn back in. So I leave it in the safe at the house an now carry a sebenza 31. Very sad about my scarab. Wish they would take them water holes off of it.
I have many microtech knives. I have to say that as far as folders, my favorites are the socom elite, and the ram lok stitch. Otf dirac delta and the new troodon. The mini hera has stayed in my pocket since buying it.
I dont care what you have in your pocket. What I do care about is that it is so hard to find a manual Socom knife.Im not going to spend almost $500.00 for a $300.00 socom.on ebay.

The whole video I wondering "but, what's in the Devil's pockets?" I was glad someone finally asked. Lotsa knife guy, I totally get. I know I try to carry a knife for every occasion. Usually, it's just two for me. My nice one that I keep clean enough to eat off of and sharp enough to slice tomatoes and my throw away one that I lend off to the "can I borrow your knife" people that usually want to use it for a screwdriver or prybar. But, if I am going outdoors, I often have one for cutting wood, one for cutting meat, one for cutting rope, a multi tool and a couple of backups as well as my normal edc. Maybe he deserves his own video? Interview him. Ask the uses for his knives. What is his position in the company? Is he utilized to his potential as a knife consultant? Every knife that gets used, has a story. I bet he could tell stories for days. At least half of the comments are about his knives. That shows interest and practically makes him famous.

At most companies you would get in trouble if you were carrying a knife in the office. At Microtech you get in trouble if you aren't carrying one.
