I have listened to dozens of reactions and Ren is bringing UNITY around this world the reactors are from everywhere, and funny part is all feel the same as we do. I was caught off guard also and still felt what Ren put into it .. I heard something where he said this wrote it's self one night just playing on his keyboard.. SO far Ren is around the globe sparsely but I see that changing. Like I heard someone say a man changed the world with a 3 letter equation, why can't a message or music or art do the same ? Now I am not a prophet and would never claim to be, but I hear from everywhere and feelings that he feels when he delivers his art seems to be what we all pick up ! And it is very GOOD !! I am nobody , But Ren some people know him as hope !! ( His words ) Haha !! I have that in abundance ..

Hi Red, I do not think that we will ever stop being happily surprised by Ren. What a fantastic reaction Red and what a tribute by Ren to his friend. I am in my 70's and have listened to all of the greats from the past and put Ren right up there with the best.
Great to see you came across this brilliant little nugget of genius by Ren so quickly.... because of would being a RENegade l like the rest of us. The fact that Ren could put pen to a blank piece of music manuscript and come up with this shows the depth of heart and genius that this man possesses. Fond memories of getting older kids to go get us a bottle of vodka, then heading into the woods behind the co-op and getting so drunk we'd usually end up either throwing up or creating beautifully blurry memories. I loved and looked up to that guy so much. The last time I saw him was ironically at Joes funeral, I'd just won two bottles of wine on the raffle we set up, which was the last time I ever drank alcohol. At the age of 21 it was really difficult for me to process that two of my best friends could die in such a short space of time. Joe dying had hit me so hard that I was almost unable to process Callum going shortly after. I wanted to write something for him for such a long time to pay tribute, but there was a mental block and nothing ever felt right. One day I was sat by my piano and I started to play with no real intention, and this song came out of me that had no words, just music, and for some reason it managed to express what I wasnt able to with words. I completely understand why it took Ren so long to write this piece. I have written memorial songs for all the people I have lost, except the most important one... For my brother Aaron, my best friend, the man who is the reason I am still here. I can't... just can't.
Ren said in the live stream for this release the new album is almost done and should be out in a month or two. No rap. All singing. He also teased he has been in contact with Harry Mack to collaborate. His next album after the one coming out in a few months is all collabs including 2 with Chinchilla so maybe it will be on there. Sam and Ren shot this in Canada outside of Calgary.
I think he is just going to start releasing songs from the new album in a couple of months. The full album likely won't be for a while longer (like with Sick Boi). It's going to be a good year!

Strange to come on to a top musicians video, only to say he is not my favorite artist. But listen to this one. I think of an artist as someone who sings or raps. I think of a musician as someone who plays instruments (multiple a plus) and sings like an angel many genres. Ren is a musician because every possible way to make music he makes it. Next he is a performer, composer, producer, director, actor etc.. PS..I'm glad you liked it at least.
