I have slowed down on my Reading and been stitching a lot more. I am like you - I am trying to finish my smalls. Right now I am working on two of them. I want to get my oldest WIP finished by the end of this year.
I still work on my Full Coverage just about every day for a little bit. It’s a Heaven And Earth Design Chart called Once Upon A Fairytale. The Artist is Aimee Stewart and the Designer is Michele Sayetta of Heaven And Earth Designs. I am doing this one on 25 Count Bone Lugana - 1 x 1 Full Cross.

So excited for your plans and yes please do a plans video. I will be done with Goth Vanity Sampler before the end of the year if all goes according to plan and my stitch count keeps steady. I would love for you to recolor another design so I can stitch something else with your instinctual color palette ideas (just throwing it out there). I have looked at punchneedle patterns forever and I have a punch needle that uses yarn but I have never really understood how to use it so I just haven't, that new smart punch is supposed to make things a lot easier and PNPS also has cute punch needle designs. I do not need a new hobby but I kinda want one....

Queer goth looks great! I never started mine. 🙁 they have it in a coffin frame so maybe they will know? And I have the partridge in a pear tree also. I’m a sucker for pears. I’m planning a start in January. I want it out all year.

Walmart apparently sells a three foot black tree in their Christmas section for $35 according to the Real Housewives. Worth a look. Of course that might be too intense for spring. Lol
