In NFS Undercover, that car is not a Challenger that you said, it's a fictional police muscle car created by Black Box Studios at that time.....

Not all police cars could be obtained in NFS Carbon. They had no engine soundtrack and handled very poorly.

Can I recommend a simple graphics mod for Undercover which makes it look better while keeping the vibe intact?

Beta Graphics mod, and/or alternatively you could've just use look up NFSUC Generic Fix and set "BloomIntensity" to 0.9 or lower depending on your monitor to get rid of the obnixious bloom

But two police cars removed from remastered version of NFS: Hot Pursuit (Carbon Motors E7 highway patrol unit and Mercedes-Benz SLR McLaren 722 Edition Speed Enforcement unit)! Also a police Lamborghini Gallardo LP 560-4 in original version has a "Polizia" Italian skin, but in remastered replaced by American police skin!
