    Good point bro,
    But as per my thought, it is always a better option to opt for the gunny bag(soya) rather than buying it from labeled brands (we never knew what preservatives they add). I'm not saying those are bad, but we got better option and we support local product.

    Good info brother, small info which you might be aware of already - Tofu is not a Dairy product but often sold in shops in the Dairy aisle.
    Plants are the only living organisms that can prepare PROTEIN using nitrogen and bacteria at the roots. That protein produced will come into Chicken or Fish or cow (milk) when they eat seeds/grass etc. So Protein we get from animals is recycled form which is not as good as the plant protein itself.
