as a beginner , first start practising by keeping ur knees on floor and make sure your hands are places equal to ur shoulder level and do atleast 8 pushup slowly .. dont do fast.. muscles ni tensions lo petali ala pedithe muscle adapt cheskuntadi mana body ni .. once ur comfortable doing one set of 8 reps.. after some days start doing actual pushup in same procedure .. dont bend ur back keep it straight and do full range of motion even it is one to two reps .. do it in full range and slowly .. make sure ur hands are placed atleast near to side belly it helps in reducing chest fat while doing pushups.
