2. सन् 1950 आर्टिकल 28 लाया गया। जिसके तहत हिंदुओं को दी जाने वाली धार्मिक शिक्षा पर प्रतिबंध लगाकर ये अधिकार भी छीन लिया गया और निशाने पर थे हिन्दु।
3. सन् 1950 आर्टिकल 30 लाया गया जिसने अल्पशंखक्यक को धार्मिक शिक्षा का अधिकार दे दिया गया अब सबको पता है किस विशेष समुदाय को इसका फ़ायदा पहुँचाया गया। विशेष समुदाय धड़ल्ले से अपनी धार्मिक शिक्षा का अधिकार देकर निशाने पर लिया हिंदुओं को। जब देश का बँटवारा हुआ धार्मिक आधार पर तो पाकिस्तान की तरह ही बहुसंख्यक को अधिकार क्यों नहीं दिये गये।
4. सन् 1951 HRCE एक्ट लाया गया जिसने भारत के सभी हिंदू संस्थानों मंदिरों पर कब्जा कर लिया गया और पैसे का मनमाने ढंग से पैसों का दुरुपयोग होने लगा। विशेष समुदाय के किसी भी संस्थान को इससे बाहर रखा गया। मतलब मंदिरों का पैसा विशेष समुदाय पर खर्च होने लगा लेकिन विशेष समुदाय के संस्थानों का पैसा कोई नहीं ले सकता। वाह क्या तानाशाही थी
5. सन् 1956 हिंदू कॉड बिल लाया गया जिसने हिंदू धर्म की रीढ़ की हड्डी तोड़ने का काम किया। किस बिल के तहत हिंदुओं को संविधान के तहत चलना था जबकि विशेष समुदाय अपने पर्सनल लॉ बोर्ड के तहत ही चलेगा और मनमानी करेगा। क्या ये नहीं थी तानाशाही?
6. सन् 1976 में संविधान में सेक्युलर शब्द जोड़ा गया। सेक्युलर मतलब अब भारत में हिंदुओं के पैर काट दिए गए। देश के टुकड़े अगर धर्म के आधार पर हुए और पाकिस्तान की मेजोरिटी मुस्लिम होने के नाते वो इस्लामिक देश है तो इस आधार पर भारत की मेजोरिटी हिंदू होने पर भी ये देश सेक्युलर क्यों बनाया गया? हिंदू बहुसंख्यक होने के बाब्जूद भी भारत हिंदू राष्ट्र नहीं बन सका। अब तू @dhruv_rathee वीडियो बना कर मुझे बता तानाशाही किसकी की थी? हिन्दी मुस्लिम किसने किया था? जब पाकिस्तान धर्म के आधार पर अलग होकर सेक्युलर नहीं है तो हमे ही क्यों टारगेट किया गया? हुआ क्या आज दुनिया में एक भी हिंदू राष्ट्र नहीं है।
7. सन् 1991 में आया पूजा स्थल क़ानून जिसने हिंदू विरोध की सारी सिमट लांघ दी। मतलब हिंदू जैन सिख मुग़लों से अपने स्थानों के लिया लड़ाई ही नहीं लैड सकते। जिससे हमने लाखों मंदिरों का इतिहास खो दिया।
8. सन् 1992 उसने कांग्रेस लेकर आयी माइनॉरिटी कमीशन एक्ट जिसके तहत धर्म विशेष को एक अलग दर्जा सरकार से अलग लाग दिया जाने लगा। अब इस जाहिल ध्रुव राठी से पूछो कि जब देश सेक्युलर कर ही दिया था तो ये माइनॉरिटी और मेजोरिटी किस लिये घुसेड़ा हुआ।
ये याहाँ तक ही नहीं रुके क्योंकि इन्होंने विशेष समुदाय के लिए हिन्दुओं की अभी और क़ुर्बानियों देनी थी।
9. 1995 वक़्फ़ बोर्ड बनाया गया जिसने मेजोरिटी हिन्दुओं की होने के बाब्जूद हिंदुओं से उनके अधिकार छीन लिये गये हाथ काट दिए गए। इस वक़्फ़ बोर्ड को कांग्रेस ने आलोकित शक्तियाँ दे दीं जिससे वो किसी की भी संपत्ति पर अधिकार जमा कर उससे वो घर ज़मीन छीन सकते हैं और इसमें कोर्ट या सरकार कुछ नहीं कर सकती। हिंदुओं की ज़मीनें वक़्फ़ बोर्ड के पास जाने लगीं जिसका ना कोई केस होता ना ट्रायल। आज वक़्फ़ बोर्ड के पास भारत की तीसरी सबसे जादा संपत्ति है। सबसे ताज़ा कुकर्म हुआ 5 मार्च 2014 को जैसे ही कांग्रेस को सत्ता से जाने का एहसास हुआ उसी दिन दिल्ली की सबसे महँगी हज़ारों करोड़ों की 133 प्रॉपर्टीज़ वक़्फ़ बोर्ड को ट्रांसफ़र कर दी गयीं। ध्रुव राठी बता क्या था ये?
*सन् 2004 में ये लेकर आये रामसेतु एफिडेविट जिसने कांग्रेस के एंटी हिंदू होने पर मोहर लगा दी। अब तू बता किसने किया था हिंदू मुस्लिम। इस एफिडेविट के तहत इन्होंने भगवान राम को ही नकार दिया था। और आज ये सारे ढोंगी और तू भी प्रभु राम के गुणगान कर रहे हो*
