I have learned from past experience by attending different webinars conducted by admission consultants that B-schools like HBS always look for younger applicants for their full-time two-year MBA program. Is it true?
The average years of work experience for the HBS class of 2025 is 4.9 years. So, generally speaking, most students are in their mid-late 20s. But those are just averages, meaning there are older and younger students in each class.
