I love the dorsal stripes, my wether is white and has a black stripe of long fur that he raises in the air when he's excited The white on brown looks beautiful though.

Hi Crystal 🤗 Would you please consider producing a video on bucks - why they pee on themselves 😶 how to keep them relatively clean, how many you need to keep together, can you keep them with other livestock and how far away from the ladies do they their pen? Thanks 🥰
Hey there, I’m not crystal however I may be able to help. The bucks pee on themselves to try and smell appealing to the does (there idea of perfume lol ). You need to keep at least two bucks together or a Buck and a weather but they need another goat companion, the more goats the happier they will be and they are a good ways away from the does, further the better but if you have a good secure pen and they won’t be bust through and breed the does then you don’t have to go too far. The further away the better really because the closer they are the more rambunctious the boys will become and it may irritate/frustrate them :)

How many days before a show do you clip your herd?
Usually a week or so before the show, but you can clip them on the day of the show if need be. Whatever works best for you

Why shaving? Do does need to be shaved also?
We shave for shows. We do shave the does also. We have other videos with does being shaved. The judge can't see their body, Or conformation, if their hair is really long. Stay tuned for a milking shave soon!
Do they have shows where you can just show Adga bucks. All the shows I go to only allow does and I want to show my bucks.
There are much less buck shows then there are shows for does. They are out there just have to find one close to you. Next year I will be traveling 6 hours to New Mexico if we don't have one where I usually show. Hasn't been one in 2 years where I show.
Why do they need to be shaved for show
So the judges can see the body of the animal. Hard to tell conformation with all that hair
How soon before a show do you shave a buck or doe? Wife is thinking about showing a new buckling we just got and trying to figure everything out, we showed Miniature horses in the past but goat showing is new to us. Thanks
Goat shows are so fun!! It depends on what blade you use. If you use a #10 atleast 2 weeks. I now use a #4 and you can do it right before show or up to a week before. Using the #4 also makes sure they dont get sun burnt because the hair is still long enough to hide their skin. A #10 is pretty bald and they can get sun bur t easily.
