I would like to add In it for taking propeller drop u are supposed to take it in dry dock. 1: dry dock mai we have to take it 2: keep 1st unit at TDC. (Because when ship was built we have taken it unit 1 tdc so during dry dock we are again to take unit 1 tdc then taken propellor drop otherwise propellor drop will be incorrect) 3:IT is taken between lip seals. 4: formula for it PREVIOUS READING- NOW READING Please include these valueable things in the video
Thank you for watching dear....i am grateful of you being a valued member of our community....will make a video in future about measurement and working of pokers gauge and will keep these points in mind...🙏
So over time, you would expect the top poker gauge reading to increase, correct? And the bottom would stay the same or decrease? Does the bearing wear away, or just the liner?
Dear brother Kindly clarify that the drop in shaft is because of the stern tube bearing wear down or the bronze liner wear down as per your explanation?

Sir where is this plug located.. inside ship or outside ship
Propeller drop is due to stern tube bearing wear down
