Well in terms of anime if they don’t have a unique look they probably aren’t characters important to the story. In demon slayer world they are important just for doing what they are doing. But as an anime viewer prob not that important

Demon slayer had so much more to work with it makes me a bit mad. A proper time skip meeting other "black blades" the ranks beneath the hashira and so on
if we are talking about Shinobu in Taisho secrets.. it's not really a spoiler but.. When Shinobu got to the Corps there was this guy who designed her and Mitusri's uniform.. since they are girls.. Mitsuri loved it but Shinobu burned it dowm right in front of the designer 😄
The intensity when they stepped in infinity castle , burhhh ifffff any one of the top 3s were there thennn it could have gotten way worse I mean worse worse...
