This is great. I've been wanting to do concrete slab bases for my miniature army but haven't found a method that quite works yet. Thanks for sharing this.

Love it so realistic. I'm so happy your back. Going to watch the Mid-Century Modern motel build again my absolute favorite scratch build of all time. No on else does lighted sign like you do on the who internet. Brilliant.
Hi - Great video! Question - what does mixing the "glycerine/water" mixture thinner with the paint actually do for the paint? Does the paint spread better, adhere better or dry quicker or what? Thank you for your help! Mark
I think it makes it stay wet longer or take longer to dry - which is great for blending colors or in this case keeping it wet while you work in colors over a larger piece of terrain for your models.
Nice technique but the opaque colors of the splashing kinda ruined the effects and look like a paint man job mess. Next time use them more diluted , like a wash. You can always add more. For the cracks and crevices I 'd use oil washes. You can also use some ochre and raw umber oil washes for stains on the concrete.
I hope you do more videos. Thanks for this video.
😂 "Use both hands to speed up the process" are words to live by. Nice job! 👍
Thank you for sharing, this is exactly what I’m looking for.

As Dylan says and also the paint levels out better giving a more uniform result to the finish. All the best, Ian
