    One other, at local park, used racquet to hit monster pop ups with racqetball, backpeddle only to make barehanded catches.(pretty sure I saw jetliner swerve to miss that little blue ball.Those pops were skied Big Time. Helped locating also it seemed.

    I had a couple diff.ways working out. I played lots of 3rd. I would go into a racquetball court at local hi school outdoors widthwise on crt. Hit racqetball with quite hard catch barehanded to try to sharpen reflexes. I thot it helped. They called me Dave the glove.

    Hello Matt,
    Wonderful resource. When, after bringing the ball into your chest, do you break leading with your left elbow towards the target compared to leading with your left arm fully extended toward your target? Does it depend on how far the throw will be? Thank you.
