Hey Matt, I can’t tell you how much you’ve helped her. She can really struggle with drills and implementing them into her actual swing. You broke it down so well that she came home and is practicing what you taught her daily. As a pitcher her hitting has really lagged behind but thanks to you she’s feeling far more confident that she knows what to do to get better. It was well worth the trip. We’ll send an update soon!
This drill is amazing. I've been trying to figure out which drills for my daughter would work to reinforce the correct bat path and feel and this is perfect.
I made this comment on another of your videos. This drill looks like what Teacherman (stupid name) demonstrates. Are you advocating what he teaches? I hope not. Would you care to compare your instruction model to his?

That's really good stuff!. Her swing looks really good at the end of that video
Wow, I can see the progression from the first swing to the last! She's doing a great job!!
Love this behind the scene video. I Love the pvc and heavy bag also. Great and underestimated training tools in my opinion. Great stuff.

Thanks and good luck!!
I've been using more of a pvc pipe when swinging with our players! And seeing very good results! But Matt where can I find a bag like you're using?
Matt what is the small flat bat paddle thing you are using? Is it homemade? I work w a lot of younger kids that the normal flat bat is too heavy
What did you fill base with water or sand?
I used sand
