I REALLY like that format of review. Short and to the point. It gives you the whole idea of the game without having to watch 2 hours playing sessions. Well done! Two thumbs up! Subscribed!
stumbled upon your Elin video the other day, and now this. I love that you cover indie games. please keep doing this for hidden gems! you just earned a subscriber
Subscribed because I like your style. None of the bullshit people usually fill their videos with as if they are a cooking blog. You skip to the recipe for us and I appreciate that.
I tried the demo and the game seems fun but what has me hesitant to buy it is I feel like it'll get old or repetitive fast. If it were around $10-15 I'd probably just get it but the asking price right now seems steep for what it seems like it'll be. They've got some cool systems but I question the actual depth of those systems.
When the first release should've been I've played the demo for a few hours, after the delay and the now real release i bought it instantly cause I felt through the demo and what I saw i would like it but I realised there ist some improvement need to be done before I really wanna play it. The combat system is really not that good, and some features need to come. I really want to support small teams who do a good job and have interesting ideas on the other hand the past have shown me that the danger of devs not listening to community (not in that specific case) or abandoning the projects and game staying unfinished is too much for me and I'm not willing to sacrifice my money over and over again and coin flipping where it would be a good outcome and where not. I hope they continue their journey and complete the road map and i would really like to join and play again. Great video.
After about twelve hours of playing, I have completed all quests and contracts, built a farm, and have produced quality equipment. It's getting pretty boring now....😐
The morality system feels more like window dressing that anything else. Can't kill NPCs? At least in fable if you act evil too much for too long, it starts to change you into a demon. Is there any serious moral choices in the game that actually matter?
I think some vendors won't sell you things based on your reputation. I'm pretty sure there is one npc that steals stuff and only sells them to you if you're evil
It's a very boring game at the moment. Social system is just a clicker, you can max out any given npc in one take and it never goes anywhere, like girls are hugging and kissing you and that's that, so why even bother? Fighting system sucks too. Looting system is straight from the realm of console peasants: no gear drop from enemies, no inventory management for random boxes, nothing. That's not very sandboxy. The game looks cute atm and that's it, gameplay-wise it is not even half-baked.

Thank you for the review and gameplay, Cheers !
Not a review mate just an overview & first impressions, but you are welcome and glad it was helpful :)
@@singleplayersquad1 Ah my bad, but I like this type of video for upcoming games much better than long drawn out ones.
REALLY looking forward to this one.
What a great channel! Fantastic game suggestions and I do feel my time is very well respected. Thank you, good Sir!
So I'm getting the feeling that this feels like a 2D Fable that has even more life sim elements. Very interesting!
Thanks for the video! Been playing the test version, but your video showed more info! Super helpful.

Great video, thank you!
Thanks for the review, I was searching for Mirthwood reviews and came across your channel, liked and subscribed!!
I’ve been very excited for this one, thanks for the video!
That's all well and good but are there any negatives to watch out for?
Damn, this is right up my alley xD
Respect to the two developers. Game looks really good!
Happy Mirthwood week everyone!!
This game looks so damn good. I can't wait to pick it up on console next year.
"...But I Don't Waste Your Time "
That's a sub from me, dog
Cheers for making me know this game, added to whishlist, have a algo boosting comment my dude.
Need to load in to go in caves, but ya, otherwise seamless
Any gunpowder based weapons? Just curious!
Thanks for the not wasting my time format. I sigh every time a video assume we don't know a genre of any game is.
Looking forward for this one 🎉
Yup ❤

Anyone know how to get the Shadowbane armor?
You earned my sub.
thanks!
I want you to know that I watched this, respectfully.
Is it as good as Dorva Forsaken Kin?
there’s a demo for it
don't forget to wishlist the game!!
Bought a rog ally for this game.
Look forward to play this on the sofa or in bed.
Is this an open world or just loading screens?
I specifically said the game has close to no loading screens and that the world is seamless..
Disappointed this game does not have multiplayer. Thank you for doing these reviews which don't waste my time.
It's in the devs roadmap
German efficiency!

I will leave the country… you don’t want that. lol
