    Found your channel after seeing you at your circo loco debut. Great set. Love this top tip turning phone off at 8pm and digital free bedroom.

    Quitting coffee and charging my phone downstairs changed my life. I bound out of bed in the AM. And no tv in the bedroom either. Also love sports podcasts and audiobooks. Always a good story, lesson, and inspiration. Nice video :)

    The phone is the most addicting drug! I need to have my phone close by in case I get important calls or texts. But ive stated using the Focus modes on iOS so i can block certain apps (mainly IG lol) from sending notifications until i turn off the focus time. Its been a game changer

    1. 10,000 steps
    2. Training/fitness
    3. Learning (books, podcasts and audiobooks)
    4. Turning phone off at 8pm
    5. Don’t have phone in room
    6. Post on social media everyday

    Totally in agreement with the 10,000 steps man. I often find some of my best ideas come about when my body is in motion - far more so than actually sitting at a desk "trying to be creative". Another big one for me was a daily vitamin practice, been taking super greens and heights for 2 years now and they completely changed the game for my energy levels and mood.
