It was great arrangements. They are like the originals, but with a lot of quality. It pleased me a lot, and I believe it pleased at least almost everyone. I see the feeling of some themes being conveyed more strongly in these arrangements as well.
I have a high respect for the originals so yeah,my main goal when remastering these pieces is to be faithfull to the original tune while keeping quality standards as high as possible. Glad you have enjoyed it!!!

I know it'll be good since both the Portrait of Ruin and Dawn of Sorrow ones were extremely eargasmic, so I know this will be good, but I'm just making sure of something: I'll make sure to make all my way to The Colossus, it should be worth it. EDIT: It absolutely fucking was.
The fact that you even remastered the opening(still one of the best in all of gaming!) shows just how much love you put into this project. You're a legend. EDIT: It's a shame that, due to the gameplay footage you used, you couldn't fit in Barlowe's "STUPID DISCIPLE!" rant. Well, nobody's perfect!
I’ve always used ds Castlevania soundtracks for my study homework and to help myself relax, now I’m at the end of my college career and now hearing these arrangements you’ve made has made it feel like a natural progression and that I’m nearing the endgame, pretty badass work you have here to make it feel that way. Also I’ve said this before, I’m sure if they ever remade these games this arrangement you have here would be the natural evolution of what a modern or updated take of the ost would sound like and it’d be godlike if they added your work into the hypothetical “remakes” but one can only hope. Regardless I’m glad to see there’s still people very passionate about these games and hopefully once I graduate with my programming degree I hope to create epic projects for the things I live and I only hope to be as intuitive and skillful as you with respect to your work of course. My bad if this sounds kinda sappy but damn what amazing work, keep at it dude!

What a treat this was! I loved it, my absolute favorites have to be Riddle and Welcome to Legend. Placing Welcome to Legend right after Shanoa's monologue about losing everything did get me genuinely emotional- I definitely think the inclusion of in-game footage really enhanced the listening experience. Thanks for doing my favorite 'vania justice!

@@Mikey4ever1s It's been some time since I've played Ecclesia, but I remember really liking it. Shanoa is kind of a glass cannon, compared to the protagonists of the other games, so it may be hard to keep her alive at times, but also, she's a goddamn badass who can tear stuff apart with grace and elegance. The main difference here is that you don't have a standard physical attack that costs nothing. Even basic attacks are really spells that cost some small amount of MP to perform, but don't worry, said MP regenerates like crazy. This results in basic attacks still being more or less basic attacks, but you can also cast bigger spells more frequently without having to manage any kind of mana potions, so you don't have to restrain yourself, say, when encountering a tougher regular enemy. Just unleash hell, and then simply wait a few seconds before entering the next room =)
I was thinking into remastering the music of that game as well, but IMO, it has an unique aura the way it already is, and many think that it aged pretty well. Considering that the music in that game was made in the same way I make my arrangemets, I think that a remaster is not much necessary contrary with the NDS/GBA games that had low quality samples and outputs. This doesn't mean I won't consider the posibility in the future though!! :D

Love that this really does sound like a proper and faithful remaster of the original OST, not just a bunch of fan covers. Rhapsody of the Forsaken holds a special place in my heart and it's a treat to hear it re-done so well.
This really makes me wish OoE would get a remaster, best Castlevania game in my opinion (next to the Erotic Violence Pachinko Machine, of course). Great covers!

Ecclesia always had my favorite OST. So many tracks are just raw emotion. Trace of Rage and Cantus Montetten are phenomenal.
