Officially at my breaking point here with receiving the same comment 😂. If you are going to leave a question about me saying “Fine Fine” here is my default answer: “Fine Fine” is the way the company wants it pronounced, and they informed me on how to say it. My first couple reviews, I said it the way it seems like it should be said (Fi Fine). Then I ended up talking to some of their reps and doing some voiceovers for them. That is what all of them have told me “Fain Fain”... I agree though, definitely a little weird 😂
I purchased this microphone after watching this review! I’m very satisfied with the quality of the microphone when considering its price. I’m also using AKG Lyra and I cannot feel the sound differences between the two when having conversations over the discord or Teams . Good product for the price!
I just ordered one because I have a blue yeti that I use daily for work from home stuff but it’s sooooo big and I wanted the same thing but smaller. it’s now $39 on Amazon at that price figured it was worth a shot. glad to see someone that knows their sh!t says it’s exactly what I wanted ! (small cost efficient version of the yeti) RAD thank you

Also, I am not saying FiFine is going to reach Sony level success haha.

hi, i bought this mic and i have a problem in static noise. even while monitoring and the mic is muted, when i turned the volume to 100, i will hear a loud white noise? is this normal? how can i fix it?
Just bought this on the back of this review - thank you. It’s been a real surprise for the money - feels built like a tank, sounds crisp and clear, looks like all it needs is a little wig and moustache just to finish the cute appeal 😂
@@FIFINE Oh I just realized that you guys are answering people's questions here, thats really cool! I have a question: I need to buy a new, longer cable for my Fifine K678, but I can't find any that have the small 'filters' on it, only regular micro usb cables used to charge phones. Do you think it'd make any difference in noise or something like that if I got one of them for my K678? Thank you! :)
@@Iaru333 Because the K678 you got uses the older type of connector, not any micro-USB cable works for sure. Instead of replacing the cable, we would recommend using a powered USB hub to extend the cable length.
Review the maono au-903 fairy pleaase, it’s a cheaper option for me where I live since I can buy it directly from the manufacturer in china instead of going to through “authorized” sellers who jack the price up a bit. That mic competes with blue yetti another rip off, but is priced at $75 and has 2 patterns AND what you wanted to see a higher recording spec up to 24bits just not sure about sound quality if you check their spec sheet online the sound signature of the mic looks almost flat except for the 20-80hz range where it seems to be boosted a bit. Please consider reviewing it, id love to see what you think about it but I think I’ll be getting that soon
Thank you for this wonderful review, I'm definitely going to try this one out, but I have one question though: how do you call the extention part you added at the end of the mic stand in order to get that 90° tilt? I've been trying to find it online, but don't even know how it's called... 😅
There's nothing labeled in the video (at 8:27) about what post process you used. Could you add explanation when you have a spare moment? Nice video, thanks
I have the same mic but it doesn't sound as good as yours. why? It just feels distorted. I don't live in a room with fancy triangular walls and the room is pretty big How do i set my mic
The pop filter is not quite necessary, cuz you can achieve the same effect by turning the mic around 10-20 degrees off-axis so that the air will not blow straight into the mic. But your talking range is slightly further than we recommend, it's better to be around 5 inches for the best sound quality.
Sensational video! I am excited to purchase one, but I have a huge doubt between the K678 and K690 models. Which has the best cost benefit? Success in the channel, knowing today and I'm really enjoying it.
Want to ask, does this mic have a monitoring feature right, can it also hear the sound from the laptop / PC or not, or is it just the sound from the mic?
Hi Dani506k, instead of trying to edit in the first place, you had better to adjust the setting and environment instead, which are the once-for-all methods. Reduce the input dial to below 60%, computer input at 80% and keep speaking range around 5 inches, then see if the level meter moves around -16dB to -12dB. As for the environment setup, try to make the machines making noise in your room quieter. If that's not possible, try setting up a treated environment as one of our blog posts wrote: fifinemicrophone.com/blogs/news/how-to-make-an-acoustic-treatment-on-a-budget

Hi there. It depends on your main purpose and whether the microphone suits your application. If you are going to use a microphone on Mac, the K683A which has the 2-in-1 USB Cable should be the choice for you. If your main purpose is for vocal, then the K678 which has 2mm larger capsule than K683A will make you sound warmer and deeper.
Hey, stupid question, but I tried looking it up on google and Reddit and couldnt'find anything, and seeing you're a specialist in audio equipment, you might know this. I got the fifine k678 and a microphone boom arm, and it ended up that the fifine's cable is too short. I'm trying to find a longer cable, but usually can only find the ones that are used for charging phones, and I see that the microphone cable has these little "filters" on it. Do you think that if I bought a 'normal' micro usb cable, would i notice any difference in noise, or anything like that? Thank you very much!
