Stuck on Tower of Terror with lights on at Walt Disney World!

We got stuck on "The Twilight Zone Tower of Terror" in Disney's Hollywood Studios at Walt Disney World!! This happened on August 31, 2019. Not only did we get stuck but we rode the attraction with the lights on!
