2026 setting up to be a BIG year for new rollercoasters in America!

- Looking at a group of parks set to celebrate extremely important anniversaries in 2026...some appear poised to be more "thrilled" than other entries on this list! What a difference a handful of years can make.

Knoebels, if anything will build another wood coaster... they have always wanted a mountain terrain coaster and now that they have built the skyride that same mountain could used, and Rick is a big fan of Boulder Dash
That would be incredible, but unfortunately I don't see it as practical.
@@PRC2019 No one thought the Phoenix or Twister were practical.... IJS, hell even Flying Turns was considered undoable.
Knobles and Lagoon should build coasters for each other, since both parks do a lot of stuff in house it would be cool to see them work together on it.

Great america 🇺🇸 yes needs that intense vekoma looper. A single rail, rmc eagle, mack hyper or b and m giga (parking lot end to end). But your idea is unique and solid and would fit in the middle of the park
Yep, the way I see it, a Vekoma Bermuda Blitz thats roughly 3400-3800 ft worth of track...it would FINALLY give the park a TRUE standout coaster (Although I personally would argue that Goliath already is Elite and a TRUE standout.)
@PRC2019 exactly. If hyperia can be elite and short, goliath, its spiritual predecessor despite being from a different manufacturer, is as well. I think either the first or final set of turnarounds could/should be slightly different elements but overall I agree, i much prefer it to twisyed colossus. The sense of speed is just breathtaking.
The park definitely needs another long coaster with 3 train ops. Of vekoma can deliver on a reasonable budget, they should go for it. But really, rather than 2 more 10-15 million dollar coasters the park should just save for a 25-30 mill if thays what it takes to achieve this goal. So many short but sweet rides there at the moment. Raging bull being the exception, as well as eagle. Bull is underrated and eagle ... they oughta just decide what to do with it to bring it into the next century because they could get 4-6 train ops out of it as an i box or retrack of some sort if they really wanted to commit to that
I feel like Kentucky Kingdom stands a chance of getting a double heart of an RMC Raptor as well. I find it interesting how they carefully took down their T3 coaster, I expected that to get completely scrapped but looks like a resell.
I haven't heard of anyone buying it, but I agree, it was taken down as though it were sold. Something will come to KK in the next few years for sure. Possibly even 2025. When I know more, I'll be for sure making a video about it.
I could see Knoebels get that double heart roll and put it back by the Phoenix.

I sware to God..if we get the double heart.. people will go ape crazy....we need a invert...and inversions base coaster.. period...and with dorney getting the dive...andddd our managers were at dorney looking at menace...so I'm hoping and praying it's the Invert.....💯💯👌👌👌...
And edit..now that I look at the photo leaked..if you look closely..it says 250 ft..their no way in hell..vf going that high...I'm sorry...this has overseas written all over it👌👌💯💯im gona say this again .we need a invert.either b&m or Vekoma stc... period 🎤 🎤🎤
They also sell the 70m model, which is their hyper-esque style of this double heart model.
The one that sold for 2026 is the sky rocket 2 size model, which is the 50m version.
@@PRC2019 also why would cf buy another product from zamplerla...if they having problems with top thrill...just saying 👌🤔🤔🤔...granted I know cwa probably kick their self in ass for getting a zamplerla...they like what we gonna do now....all im saying is we need a b&m invert or Vekoma stc ..an inversion based Coaster...one that goes upside down then cork..anddd VF reps were at dorney check out menace...Soo 🤔🤔🤔

They are left with B&M, which let's be honest their coasters are getting boring... GCI, except CF doesn't like spending money on Retracking of woodies, they would have to go with someone they rarely work with like Zierer or Gerstauler... Even I think CP could benefit from a Gerst Euro Fighter.
well six flags great america 50th anniversy is in 2026 so i can see them getting a roller coast that is enspence like flash is at greay adveture and rip cali great america in 10 years

As of Knoebels and Indiana Beach I could see a Zamperla Double Hart or a Vekoma Super Boomerang

Californias great America is not happening, I don’t see why they would add anything when the park is closing in 8 years.
IMO that park will be sold and/or will be parting rides off to other parks within the next 3 seasons. Perhaps even sooner.
I honestly doubt California Great America gets anything because they are closing (the property was sold to a real estate company)
We never know.. In 2023, the parks ugliest area got a complete makeover and retheme alongside a new flat ride.
So I don't have to give up my dreams of a gently used Tekken Tag Tournament Arcade game? 😂
