There are two books that helped me to change, one is Primal Scream by Arthur Janov and the other is Focusing by Eugene T Gendlin PhD. If you want to feel your innermost feelings they will show you how. I hold no responsibility for what you experience though, you have to be ready for it, you need to be safe so you can really open up. If you're looking for something in your mind you're going about it the wrong way. The truth is in your body. Muslim here who reads the Qur'an alone without hadiths. I see the value in the Vedas scriptures, definitely started with a prophet who preached good. Trying to meditate and there is definitely a link between Dharmic and Abrahamic religions as long as we let go of ego. The more I focused on the end result, the more obstacles got in the way. The more I resisted, the more sick I got. Now at the point where I haven't been able to eat and move, I have found absolute peace. When the body is ready, go and enjoy each exercise. Each meal prep. Each milestone. Same for my small stagnated website. Build up the process and focus on action.

I am close to 59 and lived within a confused fog until I was close to 40. Something within me was sure that I was not born to simply procreate and die - but there was no clarity, no drive. I persisted with meditation, reading books and learning from Gurus like you. No fiction read in 20 years! But the biggest movement for me has come in last 3 years, when I consciously and happily lived a celibate life. You will find compelling studies on the subject; apparently young men do not have to say No to sex, simply holding back on ejaculation greatly increases mental energy, focus and - surprisingly - sexual drive! At my age, I can see how much useless energy we waste on a subject that's really not worthy of quite so much attention - but do study, experiment and do a podcast on the subject, a lot of people will benefit.

I certainly agree with many of the points that you've shared. In my opinion, the major theme in all of the books is that we are not the body-mind; we are the Infinite appearing "as" the human. "The Kybalion," as you mentioned, referred to this as the All in All; " In "I Am That," Sri Nisargadatta Maharaj's guru informed him that he should focus on "I Am" and that he was--already--the Supreme. In "Think and Grow Rich," there's a reference in the first few pages of people finding their "other Self" after going through very trying experiences; it also mentions the illusory nature of this world through the following quote: "More gold has been mined from men's minds than the earth itself." The "Tao te Ching" refers to our shared Unity by stating that the Tao that can be named is not the Tao (because it would have been limited to a concept of mind). The part about Wei Wu (effortless doing) is also mentioned in a book entitled "Three Magic Words," by U.S. Andersen, through the following quote: "There are only two things you can do for yourself. One is conception, the other is conviction. All the work of creation rests with another than you. For no man is responsible for anything other than his thought and belief." This is echoed in the Ashtavakra Gita--the entire book is about non-doership. One book that I have found incredibly helpful is "The Master Key System," by Charles. F. Haanel. I was puzzled by during the first few reads of it; but (as you mentioned about multiple readings) as I read it over and over, more revelations appeared to me--not the least of which is his reference to the "Promised Land" in the last two or three pages. After a crisis in 2012, The Secret somehow fell into my lap. The book fascinated me but I quickly forgot about it until 2015 when another traumatic event occurred which bought about, what I now know to be, a Kundalini Awakening. At that time, an old school friend, a spiritual teacher, popped up into my life after decades and advised me to read Eckhart Tolle's, The Power of Now. I like The Science of Getting Rich book by Wallace D. Wattles - it's an easier and simpler version of Think and Grow Rich. I believe it also predates Napoleon Hill by a good decade or so. Made a more profound impact on me and it's easy to digest on a daily basis.

Last week I saw a third eye video of yours, I did it and felt it!, Repeated it the next morning and felt it again. A couple of hours later I started listening to an old song, an important song in my life. At a certain part of the song I went back to the moment I first heard the song at age 8, felt it so vividly that I approached someone who was there with me and I saw a wooden box with a wooden cap on it that was bigger tha the box. When I came "back" to the present I bursted into tears. You need a fundamental truth that proves your observations. May I offer the fact that a shelf with clocks with pendulums will harmonise and the pendulums will act together. They dont act independently, they dont try and change to lead, they dont go faster to catch up. They are aware of the differences and slowly eliminate them...the paths of least resistance...
Excerpts from my book (In progress): Almost all of us have met at least one person who suggests that, "If you knew what I know, you'd never sleep again". Few take them seriously, are too young to care, or simply think they're just one more nut job to avoid. Well, for two decades I've been on a quest, based only upon of the final words, reputation and possessions of a single man. This man did not have the convenience of the internet to confirm or dispel his suspicions and findings but I did, and do. For the first year after briefly browsing through a couple of his carefully organized notebooks, a thought would come and go and I'd think nothing further about it. Off the wall topics like; why and how did gold become a symbol of wealth, used as currency and so important that tremendous resource were expended to extract it from the earth? What happened that gold was recognized, worldwide, as a precious material and coveted by all men? Secondly, I've never bought into the whole mystical claim of spirit and even the existence of an afterlife. But then began hearing and reading about quantum physics, quantum mechanics, Nicola Tesla, Einstein and Hawkings and became absorbed in the works, theories and personal thoughts regarding the topic. Again, I do not, and never have, given any thought to any of the various religions. It was my opinion that religion was for the ignorant, weak, desperate, destitute and utterly horrible people seeking some way to find peace and an escape from their own mental torment. However, I came to realize that "religion" is just a mere modern term for anything we modern humans cannot understand or comprehend because we're all so much more, "educated", sophisticated, civilized and far above the need or desire to believe in such utter superstitious nonsense. The ancient Egyptian, Sumerian, Greek, Hindu, Mayan, Inca, Norse, modern Dogon... all regarded by modern "scholars" as delusional, uneducated, fictional story tellers who were otherwise considered to be absolutely brilliant in developing math, agriculture, architecture, construction of some of the most spectacular megalithic structures, that we, even today, do not have the technology to reproduce. Another off the wall topic that came and went was; how did it come to be that there are almost 5,000 religions on the planet, almost all of which possess a common theme, common rituals, and a common awareness that they lived on a spherical planet, and a common interest in cosmology? ALL OF THEM !!! Except just one..... How is it that the journal, of a single family line, evolved into a book that is now distributed, by the millions each and every year, and completely accepted as the "Infallible Word of God"? This one collection of scrolls, the doctrine of the youngest religion, just somehow Supersedes every other codex on the planet, undermining and systematically eliminating everything and anything contrary to the "officially" accepted, academic approved, edited, revised, omitted, appended and censored abomination to have ever cursed the earth............ That being the Torah/Bible. However, if one were to refrain from assumption and take just a little time to study the ancient Hebrew alphabet, language, culture and Eastern philosophy, you'll find that the Greek, being of Western thought and philosophy, screwed up the interpretation and translation so badly that its not even the same story. Not even close!! In its proper context, like magic, the Torah/Bible agree with the the Egyptian Book of the Dead, Hindu Vedas, Mayan Popol Vu, and the Sumerian Enuma Elish. You also discover that NOT ONCE, the Torah, is there the mention of ANY creator "God". Hell, most Jews don't even believe in an afterlife. Never the less, here we are, 2,000 into the future, and this one collection of texts evolved into a trillion dollar industry. Weird, huh? I refrain from engaging in direct conversation mostly because Jews/Muslims and especially Christians have been so well versed and indoctrinated that it is useless and mentally draining to even attempt a meaningful dialogue. They will endlessly defend their corrupted texts by quoting from those very same corrupted texts. They simply refuse to employ common sense or consider the archaeological and scientific evidence. Likewise, the "Scientific" community ignores and refuses to believe or accept everything and anything that doesn't fit into their professional consensus regarding a uniformitarian evolutionary process in the evolution of man, development of planetary bodies or the evolution of the solar system and galaxy. While I understand that they can only utilize the data and evidence at their disposal, there is a lot of data and evidence that has been ignored, discarded and/or deliberately buried to protect their own interests and funding. That being said, they will not even discuss the correlation between our solar system, the declination of our orbit compared to the Milk Way, nor the relationship between the Milky Way and the Sagittarius Dwarf Galaxy that circles about and cuts through the plane of the Milky Way. Now, in our modern world, we are all quite fond of Democracy and a Representative Republic, except when it comes to science. In the case of science and fact, we all too willingly just accept the modern "science", far displaced from the era of the actual events but outright reject the eyewitness accounts of multiple ancient generations, from around the globe. The problem is that modern man lives in a fabricated reality where government and industry have everything under control and all man has to do is go to school, go to work, consume goods, enjoy entertainment and remain engulfed in daily, insignificant tasks that keeps the mind focused on their immediate interactions and environment, never questioning or care about anything outside of their localized daily routine. In that daily drudgery there is no such thing as extraordinary, spectacular or aw inspiring, except in the movies. Man's entire modern existence is confined to an acceptable pattern, based upon doubt, fear and the consequences of breaking from the dogmatic, suppressive, governing and religious machine. "This" is not all that there is and quantum physics is slowly proving it. There is more that humans have been granted but these things have been kept hidden because, first and foremost, you simply don't or won't believe it. Secondly, by all accounts, if you follow the Torah/Bible, or any other ancient text, WE.... MAN.... is said to have been "born into sin". But how? WE did nothing wrong and most certainly didn't ask to be born. We were dropped on this god forsaken floating septic tank without agreeing to anything. AND, IF there is a God, He is said to have made us. We're His screw up but yet he's going to "judge us"? Makes no sense, does it? Of course not! That's because WE are THAT "sin", that great transgression. WE were never supposed to have been "created" in the first place. However, since we were tampered with, and provided with the divine spark of life, we are all entitled to immortality. Mathematically, we know that the universe could not be anything except intelligently designed. However, that designer cannot, and will not, be found in Torah/Bible........ both are traps, cages, to keep you submissive and obedient to your masters. Just invest in yourselves and look into this stuff. Stay current on the developments in quantum mechanics. Things are about to get really interesting.

You talk about that there is always two sides or polarity to everything, feminine masculine, black white, good evil, right left, within without, top bottom. This is because God is LOVE manifested into Wisdom. And it is through Wisdom that God can reveal itself in the form of functionality or SONS. Imagine God is the SUN itself...but without Wisdom (or space), it won't be able to cast or project the light (or bring the SONS) to the world. Also, notice that Wisdom is the receiver, she receives the light from the SUN (masculine) before the SONS (or light) is delivered to the woman. And within that energy, there is warm and light...the warm correspond to love and the light correspond to wisdom. It is wisdom which allow you to see things and love allow you to feel things. This is just one example of how everything in the world is polarity, the right brain the left brain, left hand right hand, left eyes right eyes...this is because God is Love and Wisdom both masculine and feminine. But without the feminine, it will not be able to manifest itself. Similarly, we won't be able to manifest ourselves if we only have the spirits (or souls) and not the physical bodies. Also understand that anything that receive is a sub servant or act as a vessel to the one that delivered. Therefore, they're not real....so is your bodies, so is this physical world, so is your soul and so is wisdom. However, nothing exist without them. One without the other, you no longer exist...no longer a person without a physical body. If you have the body but no soul, you're no longer a person as well unable to think rationally. Same with the spirits. They depend on each other as spirit, soul (or mind) and body as the Father, Son and Holy Spirit. On the other hand, there is the brāhmaṇa, or he who is intelligent enough to utilize this body to solve all the problems of life. Ya etad akṣaraṁ gārgi viditvāsmāl lokāt praiti sa brāhmaṇaḥ. The kṛpaṇas, or miserly persons, waste their time in being overly affectionate for family, society, country, etc., in the material conception of life. One is often attached to family life, namely to wife, children and other members, on the basis of “skin disease.” The kṛpaṇa thinks that he is able to protect his family members from death; or the kṛpaṇa thinks that his family or society can save him from the verge of death. Such family attachment can be found even in the lower animals, who take care of children also. Being intelligent, Arjuna could understand that his affection for family members and his wish to protect them from death were the causes of his perplexities. Although he could understand that his duty to fight was awaiting him, still, on account of miserly weakness, he could not discharge the duties. He is therefore asking Lord Kṛṣṇa, the supreme spiritual master, to make a definite solution. He offers himself to Kṛṣṇa as a disciple. He wants to stop friendly talks. Talks between the master and the disciple are serious, and now Arjuna wants to talk very seriously before the recognized spiritual master. Kṛṣṇa is therefore the original spiritual master of the science of Bhagavad-gītā, and Arjuna is the first disciple for understanding the Gītā. How Arjuna understands the Bhagavad-gītā is stated in the Gītā itself. And yet foolish mundane scholars explain that one need not submit to Kṛṣṇa as a person, but to “the unborn within Kṛṣṇa.” There is no difference between Kṛṣṇa’s within and without. And one who has no sense of this understanding is the greatest fool in trying to understand Bhagavad-gītā. Your interpretation is bad because you're not following an authorised commentary. The point of not being attached to the outcome is not that you don't care if the outcome is bad. You're not attached to the outcome because the outcome isn't for you. The outcome is for the Lord. Regardless of what the outcome is you are happy because you are serving the purpose of life.

I'm a little confused Quazi. While these seven ancient books are quite good there's one that's missing. The Book of Knowledge Keys of Enoch and Metatron. I personally have been reading this particular Book of Knowledge for about 14 years and I still get something out of it each time I read another passage or key. Reality is a construct we built from information available, which is received through the 5 senses we posses, and it tends to be inaccurate incomplete and filtered. However, we can align our reality with the truth, insted of trying to make the reality the truth.

Muslim here who reads the Qur'an alone without hadiths. I see the value in the Vedas scriptures, definitely started with a prophet who preached good. Trying to meditate and there is definitely a link between Dharmic and Abrahamic religions as long as we let go of ego. Very interested in the chakras since I let go of ego I feel my forehead chakra more stimulated and more intuitive.
That is because Bible was copied from various ancient texts. Jesus spent 18 years in India. That is massive in a short life span. Bible and Christianity is nothing but simplistic copied stuff.

I am close to 59 and lived within a confused fog until I was close to 40. Something within me was sure that I was not born to simply procreate and die - but there was no clarity, no drive. I persisted with meditation, reading books and learning from Gurus like you. No fiction read in 20 years!
But the biggest movement for me has come in last 3 years, when I consciously and happily lived a celibate life.
You will find compelling studies on the subject; apparently young men do not have to say No to sex, simply holding back on ejaculation greatly increases mental energy, focus and - surprisingly - sexual drive!
At my age, I can see how much useless energy we waste on a subject that's really not worthy of quite so much attention - but do study, experiment and do a podcast on the subject, a lot of people will benefit.

I've read all of the books yout mentioned except the last, "Meditations," by Marcus Aurelius. I certainly agree with many of the points that you've shared. In my opinion, the major theme in all of the books is that we are not the body-mind; we are the Infinite appearing "as" the human. "The Kybalion," as you mentioned, referred to this as the All in All; " In "I Am That," Sri Nisargadatta Maharaj's guru informed him that he should focus on "I Am" and that he was--already--the Supreme. In "Think and Grow Rich," there's a reference in the first few pages of people finding their "other Self" after going through very trying experiences; it also mentions the illusory nature of this world through the following quote: "More gold has been mined from men's minds than the earth itself." The "Tao te Ching" refers to our shared Unity by stating that the Tao that can be named is not the Tao (because it would have been limited to a concept of mind). The part about Wei Wu (effortless doing) is also mentioned in a book entitled "Three Magic Words," by U.S. Andersen, through the following quote: "There are only two things you can do for yourself. One is conception, the other is conviction. All the work of creation rests with another than you. For no man is responsible for anything other than his thought and belief." This is echoed in the Ashtavakra Gita--the entire book is about non-doership.
One book that I have found incredibly helpful is "The Master Key System," by Charles. F. Haanel. I was puzzled by during the first few reads of it; but (as you mentioned about multiple readings) as I read it over and over, more revelations appeared to me--not the least of which is his reference to the "Promised Land" in the last two or three pages. The Promised Land, of course, is knowing our true Self.

After a crisis in 2012, The Secret somehow fell into my lap. The book fascinated me but I quickly forgot about it until 2015 when another traumatic event occurred which bought about, what I now know to be, a Kundalini Awakening. At that time, an old school friend, a spiritual teacher, popped up into my life after decades and advised me to read Eckhart Tolle's, The Power of Now. I also revisited The Secret and have read a multitude of books and listened to many audiobooks since. These two, nevertheless, have a special place in my heart xx

book by Wallace D. Wattles - it's an easier and simpler version of Think and Grow Rich. I believe it also predates Napoleon Hill by a good decade or so. Made a more profound impact on me and it's easy to digest on a daily basis.

Last week I saw a third eye video of yours, I did it and felt it!, Repeated it the next morning and felt it again. A couple of hours later I started listening to an old song, an important song in my life. At a certain part of the song I went back to the moment I first heard the song at age 8, felt it so vividly that I approached someone who was there with me and I saw a wooden box with a wooden cap on it that was bigger tha the box. Well, if you read The secret teaching of all ages by Manly Palmer Hall You see how silly is to point your finger to yourself. Truth does not get printed in books. For starters Yoga was invented to create a perfect killing machine, nothing spiritual about it.
You need a fundamental truth that proves your observations. May I offer the fact that a shelf with clocks with pendulums will harmonise and the pendulums will act together. They dont act independently, they dont try and change to lead, they dont go faster to catch up. They are aware of the differences and slowly eliminate them...the paths of least resistance...
Excerpts from my book (In progress): Almost all of us have met at least one person who suggests that, "If you knew what I know, you'd never sleep again". Few take them seriously, are too young to care, or simply think they're just one more nut job to avoid. Well, for two decades I've been on a quest, based only upon of the final words, reputation and possessions of a single man. This man did not have the convenience of the internet to confirm or dispel his suspicions and findings but I did, and do. For the first year after briefly browsing through a couple of his carefully organized notebooks, a thought would come and go and I'd think nothing further about it. Off the wall topics like; why and how did gold become a symbol of wealth, used as currency and so important that tremendous resource were expended to extract it from the earth? What happened that gold was recognized, worldwide, as a precious material and coveted by all men? Secondly, I've never bought into the whole mystical claim of spirit and even the existence of an afterlife. But then began hearing and reading about quantum physics, quantum mechanics, Nicola Tesla, Einstein and Hawkings and became absorbed in the works, theories and personal thoughts regarding the topic. Again, I do not, and never have, given any thought to any of the various religions. It was my opinion that religion was for the ignorant, weak, desperate, destitute and utterly horrible people seeking some way to find peace and an escape from their own mental torment. However, I came to realize that "religion" is just a mere modern term for anything we modern humans cannot understand or comprehend because we're all so much more, "educated", sophisticated, civilized and far above the need or desire to believe in such utter superstitious nonsense. The ancient Egyptian, Sumerian, Greek, Hindu, Mayan, Inca, Norse, modern Dogon... all regarded by modern "scholars" as delusional, uneducated, fictional story tellers who were otherwise considered to be absolutely brilliant in developing math, agriculture, architecture, construction of some of the most spectacular megalithic structures, that we, even today, do not have the technology to reproduce. Another off the wall topic that came and went was; how did it come to be that there are almost 5,000 religions on the planet, almost all of which possess a common theme, common rituals, and a common awareness that they lived on a spherical planet, and a common interest in cosmology? ALL OF THEM !!! Except just one..... How is it that the journal, of a single family line, evolved into a book that is now distributed, by the millions each and every year, and completely accepted as the "Infallible Word of God"? This one collection of scrolls, the doctrine of the youngest religion, just somehow Supersedes every other codex on the planet, undermining and systematically eliminating everything and anything contrary to the "officially" accepted, academic approved, edited, revised, omitted, appended and censored abomination to have ever cursed the earth............ That being the Torah/Bible. However, if one were to refrain from assumption and take just a little time to study the ancient Hebrew alphabet, language, culture and Eastern philosophy, you'll find that the Greek, being of Western thought and philosophy, screwed up the interpretation and translation so badly that its not even the same story. Not even close!! In its proper context, like magic, the Torah/Bible agree with the the Egyptian Book of the Dead, Hindu Vedas, Mayan Popol Vu, and the Sumerian Enuma Elish. You also discover that NOT ONCE, the Torah, is there the mention of ANY creator "God". Hell, most Jews don't even believe in an afterlife. Never the less, here we are, 2,000 into the future, and this one collection of texts evolved into a trillion dollar industry. Weird, huh? I refrain from engaging in direct conversation mostly because Jews/Muslims and especially Christians have been so well versed and indoctrinated that it is useless and mentally draining to even attempt a meaningful dialogue. They will endlessly defend their corrupted texts by quoting from those very same corrupted texts. They simply refuse to employ common sense or consider the archaeological and scientific evidence. Likewise, the "Scientific" community ignores and refuses to believe or accept everything and anything that doesn't fit into their professional consensus regarding a uniformitarian evolutionary process in the evolution of man, development of planetary bodies or the evolution of the solar system and galaxy. While I understand that they can only utilize the data and evidence at their disposal, there is a lot of data and evidence that has been ignored, discarded and/or deliberately buried to protect their own interests and funding. That being said, they will not even discuss the correlation between our solar system, the declination of our orbit compared to the Milk Way, nor the relationship between the Milky Way and the Sagittarius Dwarf Galaxy that circles about and cuts through the plane of the Milky Way. Now, in our modern world, we are all quite fond of Democracy and a Representative Republic, except when it comes to science. In the case of science and fact, we all too willingly just accept the modern "science", far displaced from the era of the actual events but outright reject the eyewitness accounts of multiple ancient generations, from around the globe. The problem is that modern man lives in a fabricated reality where government and industry have everything under control and all man has to do is go to school, go to work, consume goods, enjoy entertainment and remain engulfed in daily, insignificant tasks that keeps the mind focused on their immediate interactions and environment, never questioning or care about anything outside of their localized daily routine. In that daily drudgery there is no such thing as extraordinary, spectacular or aw inspiring, except in the movies. Man's entire modern existence is confined to an acceptable pattern, based upon doubt, fear and the consequences of breaking from the dogmatic, suppressive, governing and religious machine. You live a lie and the governments all know that without religion and the watchful eye of an all powerful boogieman to protect them, the law and control of the people collapses. Now..... What is the meaning of life? Why were you born? Were you seriously born to just exist, go to school, work, shop, consume and die? Seriously? That's it ?!?!? This is all there is? NO !!! "This" is not all that there is and quantum physics is slowly proving it. There is more that humans have been granted but these things have been kept hidden because, first and foremost, you simply don't or won't believe it. Secondly, by all accounts, if you follow the Torah/Bible, or any other ancient text, WE.... MAN.... is said to have been "born into sin". But how? WE did nothing wrong and most certainly didn't ask to be born. We were dropped on this god forsaken floating septic tank without agreeing to anything. AND, IF there is a God, He is said to have made us. We're His screw up but yet he's going to "judge us"? Makes no sense, does it? Of course not! That's because WE are THAT "sin", that great transgression. WE were never supposed to have been "created" in the first place. However, since we were tampered with, and provided with the divine spark of life, we are all entitled to immortality. Mathematically, we know that the universe could not be anything except intelligently designed. However, that designer cannot, and will not, be found in Torah/Bible........ both are traps, cages, to keep you submissive and obedient to your masters. Just invest in yourselves and look into this stuff. Stay current on the developments in quantum mechanics. Things are about to get really interesting.

Like all the other TH-camrs in this genre you make sense in the beginning, but when you need to put out content every week for years and years you eventually run out of good content and you need to tab into the bullshit. You talk about that there is always two sides or polarity to everything, feminine masculine, black white, good evil, right left, within without, top bottom. This is because God is LOVE manifested into Wisdom. And it is through Wisdom that God can reveal itself in the form of functionality or SONS. Imagine God is the SUN itself...but without Wisdom (or space), it won't be able to cast or project the light (or bring the SONS) to the world. Also, notice that Wisdom is the receiver, she receives the light from the SUN (masculine) before the SONS (or light) is delivered to the woman. And within that energy, there is warm and light...the warm correspond to love and the light correspond to wisdom. It is wisdom which allow you to see things and love allow you to feel things. This is just one example of how everything in the world is polarity, the right brain the left brain, left hand right hand, left eyes right eyes...this is because God is Love and Wisdom both masculine and feminine. But without the feminine, it will not be able to manifest itself. Similarly, we won't be able to manifest ourselves if we only have the spirits (or souls) and not the physical bodies. Also understand that anything that receive is a sub servant or act as a vessel to the one that delivered. Therefore, they're not real....so is your bodies, so is this physical world, so is your soul and so is wisdom. However, nothing exist without them. One without the other, you no longer exist...no longer a person without a physical body. If you have the body but no soul, you're no longer a person as well unable to think rationally. Same with the spirits. They depend on each other as spirit, soul (or mind) and body as the Father, Son and Holy Spirit. As above so below...we're an image of what is above, a miniature heaven in the making.

By nature’s own way the complete system of material activities is a source of perplexity for everyone. In every step there is perplexity, and therefore it behooves one to approach a bona fide spiritual master who can give one proper guidance for executing the purpose of life. All Vedic literatures advise us to approach a bona fide spiritual master to get free from the perplexities of life, which happen without our desire. They are like a forest fire that somehow blazes without being set by anyone. Similarly, the world situation is such that perplexities of life automatically appear, without our wanting such confusion. No one wants fire, and yet it takes place, and we become perplexed. The Vedic wisdom therefore advises that in order to solve the perplexities of life and to understand the science of the solution, one must approach a spiritual master who is in the disciplic succession. A person with a bona fide spiritual master is supposed to know everything. One should not, therefore, remain in material perplexities but should approach a spiritual master. This is the purport of this verse.
Who is the man in material perplexities? It is he who does not understand the problems of life. In the Bṛhad-āraṇyaka Upaniṣad (3.8.10) the perplexed man is described as follows: yo vā etad akṣaraṁ gārgy aviditvāsmāḻ lokāt praiti sa kṛpaṇaḥ. “He is a miserly man who does not solve the problems of life as a human and who thus quits this world like the cats and dogs, without understanding the science of self-realization.” This human form of life is a most valuable asset for the living entity, who can utilize it for solving the problems of life; therefore, one who does not utilize this opportunity properly is a miser. On the other hand, there is the brāhmaṇa, or he who is intelligent enough to utilize this body to solve all the problems of life. Ya etad akṣaraṁ gārgi viditvāsmāl lokāt praiti sa brāhmaṇaḥ.
The kṛpaṇas, or miserly persons, waste their time in being overly affectionate for family, society, country, etc., in the material conception of life. One is often attached to family life, namely to wife, children and other members, on the basis of “skin disease.” The kṛpaṇa thinks that he is able to protect his family members from death; or the kṛpaṇa thinks that his family or society can save him from the verge of death. Such family attachment can be found even in the lower animals, who take care of children also. Being intelligent, Arjuna could understand that his affection for family members and his wish to protect them from death were the causes of his perplexities. Although he could understand that his duty to fight was awaiting him, still, on account of miserly weakness, he could not discharge the duties. He is therefore asking Lord Kṛṣṇa, the supreme spiritual master, to make a definite solution. He offers himself to Kṛṣṇa as a disciple. He wants to stop friendly talks. Talks between the master and the disciple are serious, and now Arjuna wants to talk very seriously before the recognized spiritual master. Kṛṣṇa is therefore the original spiritual master of the science of Bhagavad-gītā, and Arjuna is the first disciple for understanding the Gītā. How Arjuna understands the Bhagavad-gītā is stated in the Gītā itself. And yet foolish mundane scholars explain that one need not submit to Kṛṣṇa as a person, but to “the unborn within Kṛṣṇa.” There is no difference between Kṛṣṇa’s within and without. And one who has no sense of this understanding is the greatest fool in trying to understand Bhagavad-gītā.
Your interpretation is bad because you're not following an authorised commentary. The point of not being attached to the outcome is not that you don't care if the outcome is bad. You're not attached to the outcome because the outcome isn't for you. The outcome is for the Lord.
Regardless of what the outcome is you are happy because you are serving the purpose of life.

Reality is a construct we built from information available, which is received through the 5 senses we posses, and it tends to be inaccurate incomplete and filtered.
