Thanks Cally. So neat. I also keep a toothbrush, toothpaste and mouthwash, in case I want to eats snacks before a rehearsal! Don’t want any nasty crumbs in my clarinet. 😊
I like your little attachment for the earplugs. I have my musician earplugs in a red plastic container they came in. I also have some left from my time in the military I keep at the ready. I have seen many of my friends use duct tape almost like a mini art project for a few problem notes. I am not as accustomed to the rings. I would be more curious to experiment with something like that. One thing in the winter I may have is lip balm. My unique items is PTFEE Thread seal tape( Plumbing tape) used for fixing leaks with water. I have electrical tape somewhere deep in my bag as it isn't too sticky colorful and useful for repairs as well. Both are really cheap. I get both from the hardware store. I find my clarinet case to be too small so I just have a "go" bag back pack with my extras. I have my mouthpiece and ligature pack for folks to try ( Around 10), an instrument stand, a couple of silk swab pull through, pencils, pens, and a notebook, a variety of sandpaper, a collection of reeds and my legere reeds. I do have a screwdriver and cork grease as well. I like your pack of reeds of all ages. It is like a large "community " for reeds. Maybe they can grow with each other and be better. I usually have a couple of clarinet books and method books to give away to any clarinet nerds I meet along the way.
The pouch you keep your reeds in looks wonderful! Are you still using anything like it to this day? I keep my reeds in a plain ‘ole ziploc and throw a humidifier pack in there lolol. I would love to use something that looks a bit more refined.

I always carry a small paper clip in the case of my instrument, cause really helps in areas that are windy 🌬🌬

Ooo it’s a reusable resealable food grade bag! I see them at my local grocery store and they last much longer than the ziploc bags!

Hahaha typical clarinet player right?
Love this video! Great advice, I didn’t even think of earplugs, but they sound very good to have around.
What kind of case and case cover do you use?
The case and cover came with my Yamaha A clarinet!
