Really enjoy your content. Especially every time you cook yourself on the beach. As an Asian, I have planned the whole cooking menus and catching process in my head if I was there with you. How to catch the fish and crab, the sea snail and the other ingredients…and my recipe are fully prepared in my head. Almost amounts 56 pages pdf. EVERY TIME . If you put a Chinese friend there, they will cook at least 8 dishes even without any other food. It’s really a heaven of my Chinese stomach.
That lifestyle and weather is a dream. I used to live in Australia and got to experience it. Now, back in Northen Europe, it's cold with gray skies, no sunlight. Have to find a way to move out of here.
depending on your age, there is plenty of FIFO work (fly in fly out) in the mines here in Australia that pays anywhere from 120-300k a year depending on the position, even cleaners get over 100k, not hard to get a working visa either and they'll pretty much hire anyone wanting to have a crack at it.
the reason why the tortillas got converted to a tostada is because you let it rest and all the heat was gone. A tortilla needs to be warm, almost at the moment you put it out of the grill you need to start doing the taco (I'm a mexican guy who can cook)
Been a hot minute since I've been on my YT (had twins, and my life became kids YT for a bit). I used to watch you RELIGIOUSLY 🤣 nice to catch up and watch you again. I love catch and cooks!
Hey Nick could you make another camping vid with some equipment on an island if possible i really enjoyed that series but if not all good the vids are absulutely insane! keep it up!
Been watching your TH-cam videos since you were a kid and I still think you need your own TV series. You’re so passionate and your personality is awesome 😁
Nick your red like a Mud crab the Miso will be applin the Aloe for a week on your back. Anyway What an Adventure always good ot have a seculed beach to have lunch, The Dorado looked delish catch . cant wait for the next adventure.
You need a small Aquarium net / attach a short cord to handle and tie to live bait tank. Also this will minimize the oils and human scent from your bait tank. Thats what the pros do.
You actually made something called a tostada. It's like a taco but the tortilla shell is flat and crunchy just like what you made. Great video, keep them coming brotha.
Hey Nick! Firstly, iam sorry that my english is not great but i will try anyways. :) I just ordered some clothes from your website and i want to let you know, that you cant change images when you select one of the products. You just see the default view of your clothes (products) and cant change angles. Just friendly reminder, that you can repair that so it works fine :)) Love your vids. Love Jan from Europe :)
Hi Nick, I love watching your videos, they take me to a place where I wish I could be. Keep living the dream 👌and sharing your beautiful content. From Derbyshire England x
It's amazing how quick the Dollys loose their colours hey. Best thing ever lit up in the water. Nick, diving out there solo mate -FFS. Sketchy as. Is it really worth it? I have shot some big Dollies and they can wrap you up like a spider on a fly, I seriously hope you have a second out there, other wise all this hard work could be wasted bro, I mean this coming from a selfish place of enjoying watching your videos. 😉Cheers for sharing the video adventure! Dive Safe, have fun! 👍🍻🤿🐟
I don't spear fish but I can tell you are a cracking shot! Fair play dude! im obsessed with watching spearing with the dream that one day i will be able to get out there and give it a go! ❤
Nice video. I liked the special effects from the camera. Quite some time ago, I think it was you that did a catch and cook on the beach like this one and you used a topping which I think you said was a flavored mustard or mayo that is popular in Australia. Of course, I didn't write the name down, but I wanted to try to find some. If you know what I am talking about, could you tell me the name and brand? It really sounded good when you recommended it to everyone.
Hi Nick, I'm your new fan from Philippines. My brother and I enjoyed watching your videos cuz we're both love ocean. We both want to challenge you if you can survive 24hrs without any equipment and only eating what you can catch. BTW Thank you for making us realize how beautiful our ocean is.
It might be pronounced differently in Australia but typically "tortilla" is pronounced "Tor - Tea- Yah" (Or Tor Tea Ah). Thanks for the great video capture and congrats on the Mahi Mahi.
when grilling the taco shells to warm up put it in the taco shell form so it get warmed up like that and is trapped in the position just like they were flat
Look Nick, I’ve always loved your work, and how you Spearfish and live and survive on this island and all this stuff for so many days, but I got to come out there to Australia to teach you how to cook the right way man😂😂😂😂❤

Nick you gotta use the dull side of the knife when you scrape the ingredients or the edge is gonna dull faster 😭😭😭
Try putting the tortillas on the closed portion of the grill with a bit of oil on it instead of the open flame. Looks good, I wanna do that so bad!!
Esas tostadas de Mahi mahi se veían riquísimas 😍😍👌🏿
All the way from Canada, would die to spend a day out on the water with you.
