- Join me for a relaxing spa day and tour of the Fairmont Scottsdale Princess Spa in Scottsdale, Arizona.
Amenities include cold plunge, hot tub, Swiss showers, sauna, stream room, inhalation room with lavender infusion, and rooftop private (heated) pool exclusively for spa guests.
The main reason for my visit is a 90 minute facial, but I stayed all day to soak up the amenities and relax.
The waterfall grotto is one of my favorite areas and I return multiple times during the day. The waterfalls and grotto pool are a warm 98 degrees F (37C) with three different pressure of water falling. This is the perfect spot for back and shoulder pain relief.
Weekdays and off season are less crowded, and even on weekends and peak tourist season, the spa is never that crowded. Filmed on December 20 2019, well before any travel restrictions.

The Inhalation room isn't something I've heard of before, and with the lavender in there, it sounds really restful. You can never have too many moments like that in your life.
The inhalation room was an absolute surprise how much I enjoyed it. Very unique experience.
I thought they had acupuncture and bmi machines and the aerial exercise things from the ceiling.
I haven't seen acupuncture, but the massage an services are excellent!

Yes, the cold plunge and saunas are gender separated.
