I once cleared a good amount chunk of a mountain and it seriously made me want to quit minecraft hahaha I can't imagine what this guy went through emotionally and mentally if he did that without mods and commands. Even with commands something that huge is very taxing.

If you don't know what to do, I want you to get on your knees, and pray this prayer with your heart: Jesus, I believe you died on the cross for my sins, and was ressurected on the third day. I believe you came to the Earth, to pay for our sins. Thank you for dieing on the cross for my sins, in Your Name, I pray, amen. I don't know who is reading this, but if you ever fill an empty whole, which cannot be fulfilled, the only way to fulfill is by Jesus. This isn't creative mode or a mod, it's a separate program that is sort of like a "photoshop for minecraft." (I'm pretty sure anyway. that's how it used to be done, and it's been a long time) This person likely would have manually built all of the structures, then exported them as models so they could be copy/pasted on top of the terrain, created with a brush tool. Still impressive, but not as unachievable as some of you may think.

Like I said it’s mostly impressive because of the time he spent to do it.
Imagine building this in survival hardcore, finally completing it, and while you take a step back to look at your finished work, a creeper comes out of nowhere and blows you up.

@@elite4149they do, you can just replace or remove certain block in the games with commands and then insert terrain back in, the big structures usually get made by placing outlines and then manually building the details

The MTN itself was probably a day or less at most, and then patterns can be built and saved for easy placement so once they built one floor of temple 2 you can copy paste the next 2+... @@elite4149they do, you can just replace or remove certain block in the games with commands and then insert terrain back in, the big structures usually get made by placing outlines and then manually building the details

I'm sure there are people who build normal, but a majority of these large builds use paint brush tools/world edit mods. The MTN itself was probably a day or less at most, and then patterns can be built and saved for easy placement so once they built one floor of temple 2 you can copy paste the next 2+... Just examples.*
