As a Chinese person myself (I’m from HK) I can confirm that we have a barrel hottub, fancy banners, automatic lamps, altars, bamboo and a yin Yang symbol in our mega mansions
- your way of making the gong is the smartest and most effective design i’ve seen so far. i’m definitely going to use it for the temple that’s part of my chinese-styled suburban area.
- by the way, the torii gates are only referred to as ‘torii’ gates in japan-they’re called pailou gates, in china and they’re called different things in different countries.
- also, zen gardens and decorative ponds are only distinctive in japan-not saying it can’t work in a chinese settlement, since japanese culture is imported from china, but if it were specified that the area is chinese-based then you probably wouldn’t want to add a zen gardens.
for the "cushions" (the leather helmet on the armour stand) the snow will melt and after testing a bunch of stuff i found that a campfire thats put out is the perfect height for the aumor stand not to show and shadows to not darken the helmet.

I think some of these are Chinese culture some are Japanese culture. If the title is "inspired by East Asian culture" I think it would be a bit more accurate. Overall the builds look cute!

You use them to place the flowers into the bathing tub and the inverted coloured dots in the Ying Yang sign. If I place them I always have the visible Item Frame itself and it doesn't look very good.... Please help 🙏 Thank you!

try typing in /gamerule randomTickSpeed 0 so the snow won't melt
