As for what, I can't really say. Since I haven't seen such a thing I wouldn't know. It's kind of like asking a blind person what the moon looks like.

In other words if an asteroid were to decimate the entire human species, the concept of morality would go along with it. All we have are beings who, due to evolution, have some concept of what constitutes right and wrong in respect to their own subjective morality. In other words a rapist who genuinely believes that raping children is right cannot technically be disproved, rather the rapist is merely overpowered by the sheer number of other humans who believes otherwise. The only principle that humans share is that suffering is a negative experience that must be minimized and pleasure is a positive experience that must be maximized.
The funny thing is that thiests technically run into the same problem. After all, you get your morality from a book. So if the Quran said it was perfectly fine to stone little girls then you'd have to oblige. I'd rather be free and just do my best to minimize the negative experiences of others.

I think the point that was missed here is that she rightfully claims that "we already have evil all power murdering leaders who DO say they believe in God" -like some Saudi/Iranian leaders who also claim to be Religious. The real defining making border should have emphasized on the belief we have of a future come-uppance when facing our Lord. Mansur did touch on it early but then kept reiterating "the Godless scenario" as if she didnt get it. She is right in that all of those selfish power seeking people do exist at perhaps the same level they would in a Pious society -the difference is that we believe they dont escape justice.
I think she never thought about morality in this scenario.
