Having high blood pressure during this pandemic is a nightmare. I have 4 different specialists plus my PCP and just started going in for testing and what not a couple months ago after staying home for over a year. I wanted to get a handle on it while it was “safer”. Now it’s the hurry up and wait game with these doctors trying to get tests done and appointments and diagnosis as to why my blood pressure is high.
And now I’m having anxiety issues because delta is on the rise and I want to start staying home again but the doctors want me to come IN to their office for everything. Even if it’s just a follow up they could have done over the phone.

I was pinged by the NHS covid app today telling me to self-isolate for 4 days, meaning the contact with an infected person was last Friday evening almost certainly whilst I was visiting the Neurological hospital in central london. We were put into a waiting room quite full of people, all wearing masks but then water was handed out because it was so hot and stuffy - a wall of large windows in the room and not one of them open! If they had been the water would not have been necessary and all masks would have stayed in place. This was a hospital!

The food shortages have nothing to do with a "pingdemic", they are based on the shortage of lorry drivers that was caused by sending tens of thousands of EU drivers back home. If the shops cannot get the food from the distribution centers, no amount of workes in the shop can fill the shelves.
Besides, if the government decides to let the virus run rampant, there are more infections and then it's the job of the app to ping more people, that's basic maths.

I think it's important to break the US down by state or region, the vaccination rate in the states varies wildly. I know a young woman with no health issues that she was aware of such as genetic possibilities, and she’s wasn’t on any medication prior to the getting the vaccine. However her hospital forced her to have the vaccine in order to deliver her baby in the hospital. Now, she’s in constant threat of dying due to uncontrollable high blood pressure. Can't help thinking that weakening the isolation regulations is a bit like taking the batteries out of the fire alarm.

The beauty of planting to help the long term health and well being of individuals is truly wonderful. I also have been trying to do this within my community for years here in the developed world! I’ve been pushing for a community garden where we can grow fruits /veg and, even importantly, teach people to cook them more healthily. In my community, diabetes, cardio vascular illness and obesity hits every household I know and very few accept / know how to change their diets.

I had a packet of Moringa mixed with water. Yuck. But I had a box so I tried again. ! Ooops, I was only supposed to put in 2 spoonfuls, not the whole packet. I also put in a tart fruit juice. What a differerence! I like it just fine now.

How long do you think Dr. Campbell this pandemic will continue? Has it not dawned that this will never end? It’s become a loop of insanity and we’ve all become insane.

We distribute the vaccines world wide, leave it up to people to do with them what they wish, and offer annual boosters if necessary as the virus mutates. Other than that, it is time to ignore the thing and live our lives like we have lived with other viral infections for millennia. It is here to stay, let natural selection take its course. The sooner we accept that reality the better.
