20:59. Roberta Metsola, president of the European Parliament is a mother of several children and has consistently voted for anti abortion resolutions and together with fellow Maltese MEP’s had declared they were categorically against abortions. Her photo with the wrong caption is misleading. She faithfully Presides over Parliament but does not agree with the agenda proposed.

I believe he is playing to the crowds; hope is something many Catholics in the US could use hope but he only offers 19:33 19:34 19:36 19:36 insults and theft of our finest truly holy cardinals, bishops and priests who bring us the faith as it came down from Christ.

Abortion is a moral issue. The Church stands for truth. Politicians stand for Whatever is popular.

If the prison visit were not predicated on “the desire for good publicity”, there would have been no cameras. As the gospels say, he has had his reward.

Cardinal Parolin does not understand? Well, as far as I remember he did not object to any pro abortion moves by the President Biden...

A small response to this week’s news. Mention wass made that the pontiff ‘celebrated’ Mass in Venice last Sunday. HE DID NOT. He presided at the Mass, just as he has done since July 2022, almost two years ago. HE DID NOT CELEBRATE the Mass. A senior Vatican cardinal did so. This pope can walk when he wants to; he can stand when he wants to but celebrate Mass NO he does not do and has not done for almost two years. The late St John Paul was still celebrating Mass at the altar in St Peter’s even though wracked with Parkinson’s disease close to his death. If that great saint could do it but this pope who has no disease like JPII,what is the problem? Celebrating Mass is the core, the focus, the anvil of a priest, a bishop’s very existence. Yet this bishop of Rome does not do it. He sits away from the altar and basically watches ! This is the fact.

Patriarch of the West is apparently appreciated by the east. It more or less gives credence to a pentarchy.

John, TH-cam added this message below your video:
    Abortion health information
    National Library of Medicine
An abortion is a procedure to end a pregnancy. It can be done two different ways: Medication abortion, which uses medicines to end the pregnancy. It is sometimes called a "medical abortion" or "abortion with pills." Procedural abortion, a procedure to remove the pregnancy from the uterus. It is sometimes called a "surgical abortion."

Those same question the good Cardinal posed toward abortion, would be posed toward war and abuse.

John, is the pope intending to give an Ex cathedra, statement this Sept in regards to Church governance ?
Indications, are showing that is exactly what is coming from the Chair of St Peter.

The automatic context is biased and bigoted against the unwanted.
But so is the placing of the Dignity of Prisoners over and above The Dignity of Victims. Because this Papacy loves the guilty and hates the innocent, and it is happening again.
As is placing the Dignity of Women over the Dignity of Children.
This is the problem with raising Human Dignity to an infinite status replacing God. Human rightst conflict.

As a practicing Catholic, abortion is something I try not to talk about. Because legal abortion saved my life, and it should be allowed for all women. To all those who will reply that I'm a liar, or promiscuous, or going to hell, or whatever horrible thing you want to say, you are wrong. I was married and had a toddler. And honestly, it's none of your business, anyway. You're not God, and you are not the one who will soon be judging ALL of us, including yourself. So think twice before you spew hatred, especially toward another Catholic.

Who’s playing God? To be against abortion we are following “thall shall not kill.” This can be taken in a number of ways. What if a woman’s life is threatened by the coming birth? She doesn’t have carry a rapist’s child. We can be as serious about life issues as anyone as John just said. Now I wasn’t breathing when I was born. I was a breach boy, not to be confused with the Beach Boys. There was no technology back then to detect my dire situation. Hot water baths followed by cold water baths finally worked. I’ve been going from hot water to cold water ever since. Every situation has its differences.

A 'termination' to save the life of the mother doesn't need abortion laws in any jurisdiction in the civilised world and never did.
Tubal pregnancy is the classic example.
Malignant hypertension or Pre-eclampsia or Eclampsia in third trimester is another but much can be done to try and save the baby.

    • @TedSeeber
      @TedSeeber 5 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

You were lied to by a quack. Abortion is used to remove the life of a child. A cesarean birth, even before viability, is not an abortion.
I wish the medical abortionists would stop lying about this. They cause good Catholics to preach in favor of genocide- like you just did.

@@SunnyAquamarine2 U can get a 'termination' in the USA up until late third trimester if that's what you want.
Even if you live in the few states where the original bans were in operation before Roe v Wade, you simply cross state lines.
In ANY state the doctor will save the life of the mother when the pregnancy threatens it. They try to save both when it's possible.
Catholic mothers have fought the medical profession to keep the baby when it threatens the life of the mother.
Women with cancer often refuse chemotherapy for months until the baby can be safely by C-section
      You're simply misinformed.
