The former attorney and stand-up comic chronicles the unique twists in his life in a biting and funny new memoir called Fresh off the Boat. He's also busy running his restaurant Baohaus. A popular hangout in New York City's lower east side. He is here to prepare Char Siu Bao and talk about what led him to write his new memoir.
