the bar just won’t sit on my back it starts to roll down and my shoulders feel so sore after it feels like a shoulder workout more than my legs :/ and when i do high bar squats i get bad back pain
squeeze your back tight or the bar itself could be the one to blame. i was having trouble squatting in my gym sometimes with good form but the bar rolled on my back and it was bent. also found it’s an olympic bar, which is really bad for low bar squats in my opinion. squatting on stiff bars is much better.
@@nightowl8304 thanks for the advice i eventually fixed my form and the issue was mainly flexibility in my shoulders and elbow, also the size of my rear delts and the shelf i had for the bar was just too small.
Let’s help Joey can help Bart FINALLY hit depth
I have a lot of wrist pain but I think I’m grabbing the bar too close. Ima try a wider grip!! Thanks ☺️☺️

I think Bart gave Joey Flexx a real pump.
How can I set the barbell lower or higher before I do squats?
