    Yoooo. We have very similar body types (short torso/very long limbs). I have a problem knowing if I'm bent over enough during the unrack. How do you know when it's the correct position for you when unracking? And do you let your elbows touch your quads to help you know when you've reached depth? Thanks!

    What about for when you get wrist pain with squats? The less I grip the bar the more it seems to push my wrists backward. Would you say just work on letting the bar rest on the back more or what?

      @@BrazosValleyBarbell alright thanks for the reply. And yeah I was thinking better wrist wraps might help. Up to now I've just been rolling with crappy harbinger ones and I think something stiffer would help so I ordered some better ones.

    if i left it roll lower into my back ,my right shoulder will be uncomfortable. any recommend for that? Im using straps to make it doesnt roll then try to bend it around my shoulder. dont know if that work for higher weight though?
