Hi Deepak ji, agar column 2 me words 2 se zyada ho, aur hamein condition lagana hai ki agar in 2 yaa 3 words me se koi word match ho raha hai to wahi column 3 me aaye warna doesn't match.. Please advice, Thanks for very helpful video

Hello Sir, Ap kaise hai. pls Sir make video in this condition formula. agar kisi sales man ka collection 215000 hai to neeche likhe huye target ke aadhar pr commision kaise nikalenge. if 250000 to 350000 to commission 0.8% hona chaiye. if 350000 to 450000 hai to commission 1% hona chahiye, if 450000 above hai to commission 1.5% hona chahiye. pls sir make today video it's very urgent.
