I managed to watch this with a straight face and not laugh at the innuendos, but it is pretty hard with Jim talking about g-strings and grizzly balls.. Shared on Tumblr too Jim as it is informative and a great way to cheer people up on a Friday afternoon.
'there is a wayward one' "carry on my wayward one, there'll be silence when you are done, lay your grizzly balls to rest, don't you make noise no mooooore " * insert epic bow string solo *
Always nice to see you again Jim! I'm using either theme balls, or the small rubber silencers. Both are working great. Wool for sunshine and the rubber for rainy days. Looking forward to that review you mentioned! Have a nice day. Fredrik
Cant wait for mine to turn up! I’m still keeping my original beaver balls on my cottonmouth cause that’s what I started with but these are going straight on my horseman
Question I have an old Fred Bear recurve someone had painted the tips of it gold about to inches of the ends how do I refinish after taking the paint off
I was thinking about getting a couple sets of string silencers to put on my 80lb bickerstaffe flatbow for hunting but I don't see anyone with a larger bow rock string silencers. Your thoughts Jim?
Question: I've done this before on one of my bows which has a regular old Dacron string and had no issues. I recently bought a new bow and tried the exact same thing, but on this bow (same Dacron type string) the balls leave a gap in the string. Should I worry about this? It doesn't seem like something that should be happening...
Neal Grieb sounds like you’re either dropping a few twists while inserting the silences. Or the silencer themselves are a little thick, causing the two string bundles to separate.. Hope that helps Neal
@@ArcheryAdventures indeed, but it's this a problem for the string? Is assume I'm losing the benefit of having all of the strands working together. I don't want to break a string and/or a bow...
Looking to purchase a grizzly string for my 35lb cottonmouth (love it by the way!). What type of string would you recommend Jim? Trust your guidance as you sold me my first bucktrial blackhawk 2 years ago!
You will never be multi millionaire with that attitude. Telling people to be careful cutting there balls so they don't nick the string. That attitude is losing you potential sales of string and possibly a new set of balls. Seriously they look good and really like the colour of those you used.
Tango Nevada lol sponsored?!? It’s my company dude 😂 I’d love to sponsor my self, but I’m just not that good. Grizzly balls aren’t necessarily “better” than beaver balls. They are however easier to install and lighter than beaver balls. Archery is all about personal preference and what works for you...
While it may be true and I am willing to believe it is (The ease of install part). It just reinforces my point even more. But that's okay. Your balls may be far better and I have no problem admitting that may be the case (No I am not even going to bother with the pun ease). I'm just saying it's in your best interest to say that they are better. So whether sponsored by or the owner of, of course you will say your product is better and I wouldn't expect anything less. I guess what I am saying is, I was initially under the impression this was a review and I got an advertisement instead. But no worries. Both are pretty cheap and easy to compare and test.
You have my undying support based off the innuendo alone.
I really like the colours in your demo silencer. (And it's a nice touch shipping them in a little ballsack.)
Fortunalux 😂

Do-do-do-dooo, do-do-do-dooo Doo-do-doodydoo. Doo-bu, Boo-du...
Jim, great to see/hear from you and looking forward to more videos. I hope all is well with you and yours. Thank you. Alan
Some balls are held for charity, some for fancy dress, but when they're held for Jim they're the ones that I like best!
I've put my own beaverballz on but never paid attention to the amount strands of string on either side but will for now on thx Griz.
Always nice to see you again Jim!

Beaverballs. Poor beaver
You don't need to buy it. I make it myself, it's less expensive. And you got the pleasure to make it on your own.
be very careful when using sharp blades next to your balls./
Dang... Wish I knew about the hybrid string when I installed my string leeches yesterday. I better fix that now. XD
Nice bit of manscaping there too ;)
You've got balls to put together this kind of video. Shesh...
great video, are there any out takes?
Funny you should say that...
Watch this space 😏
Question I have an old Fred Bear recurve someone had painted the tips of it gold about to inches of the ends how do I refinish after taking the paint off
laughing my ass off through the video! :))) "inserting my balls into the g-string" 😂😂😂
When attaching fur ball to a multi strand string do you separate each individual strand or divid them in half
Mine are blue and i like them
Does it matter if you run one silencer on the top or the bottom? Or do you need to have 2 installed when shooting?
I would always run a pair, keeps a little weight there i there evenly distributed.
I was thinking about getting a couple sets of string silencers to put on my 80lb bickerstaffe flatbow for hunting but I don't see anyone with a larger bow rock string silencers. Your thoughts Jim?
Fast and easy. Thanks.
good job, thanks!
AHHHHAHAHAHAHAHA I'm such a child

Nice balls! How many takes did this take lol
I like free balling.. theres no need to tie them up unless you're into that sort of thing

I’m a big fan of the hybrid, super fast and quiet 🤫
Glad your still loving the Cottonmouth buddy !
Thanks Jim. Your website says recurve or Longbow when selecting the bow type but cottonmouth is a hybrid. Which do I choose!
SoDTeddy it’s classes as a Longbow buddy :)
Do you have a website that you sell your strings on? If not please let me know where to buy
ACDCRD www.grizzlystrings.com 😉
How much do you charge for 1 on 1 sessions jim? I'm agoraphobic so archery has really helped me. Thanks for putting in the time to make these videos.
LocoTommy Best bet buddy is to send me an email at info@grizzlyjim.co.uk i’m sure I can hook you up with something.
Archery Adventures Thanks Jim. As soon as I'm ready I'll email you. Takes me a long to to prepare with going out properly
This is weird to say and a bit off topic but, you have some nice hair. Did you grow it yourself?
Thas funny, thanks for the laughs
Put those balls in the fridge if you want small thight balls 🤣
Anyone counted how many times he said "balls" in this video?
Don't have time now but someone needs to count how many times 'balls' is said 😀
That is one nice balls you have ..

Funny
😝
Hahahahahahhahahha
It's shocking that the guy sponsored by Grizzly Strings also thinks Grizzly Balls are better than Beaver Balls. I find it odd, but it may be true.
