I'm a full time creative and have found ways to do meditation in some of my work. I can focus on some tasks for long hours at a time. You know how we perceive time is an illusion created by our brain's processes? You get good at single point focus and it's like building a little bubble with which contains your energy, and allows you to accomplish more in a shorter period of time if your intention is right. It takes practice and you have to get over yourself to do it, but you'll be better for it. Literally magic.
