    how many chances of my baby's down syndrom. Is there any risk? I am 32 only. Its amy first baby and conceive in normal process. Have no genetic disorder history before in our family. Please reply...

    hello sir
    I had total 7 pregnancies
    In that 1 baby of 6 yrs I have healthy now, rest 6 pregnancies in that 4 were not had cardiac activity till 10th- 12th week, n rest 2 in 6th month we terminated baby was having polycystic kidneys n other 1 cystic hygroma..
    We want 1 more healthy baby
    Please suggest us can we plan

      No solution i hv not gone through any test neither treatment jst consulted my gynecologist before conceiving asked him if any treatment is required he jst told u hv given 2 yrs gap n now u can plan n i conceived naturally till now everything is fine n all the reports r normal

      I'm sorry to hear that. It depends on multiple factors.
      1. If age is above 37
      2. If u have thyroid condition
      3. Any Heredity medical condition like Parkinson.
      4. Too much body heat production before marriage.

      No. If hospital have latest Tech then they can perform your blood and urine test for this 21 chromosome

    This is not true. Maybe they are a burden in India and the third world, but in the West, most eople see them as a blessing and people who are worthy of life and have so much love to give. Alose, yes, they may require more training than a typical child, but they can get work, can live independently, can marry and 99% of them say they are happy with their lives and who they are. Early intervention is key.

    My first baby had down syndrome and he died after 2 days taking birth, I hv 2 miscarriage in 1st trimester with down syndrome.may i able to give birth a normal baby successfully?

      I’m sorry if I come across as harsh, but Down Syndrome isn’t a disease, so of course there isn’t a cure!
      It’s genetic condition. People diagnosed with Down syndrome can lead healthy lives with supportive care.

      @@Craicwas90. yes these child are special but as a parents nobody wants abnormalities in their children every parents wants their children normal as others child downs children have to suffer lots of problems like not playing properly problem in eating drinking speaking everything I just want to give my baby best life

    Sir Our NIPT has come as High risk Trisomy 21. Detected. Now we have done amniocentesis and we should get the results by mid next week .
    What if that results to comes positive? Is that end of all hopes to have a healthy baby.
