- In discussion with Talk TV's Ian Collins, Chris Daw KC gives his views on Charles Bronson's appeal for release from prison.
"The principle issue is: 'Is he a danger to the public?' And that's the decisive factor."

He’s not a danger to the public, on both times he was released he didn’t harm anyone then….he’s actually never randomly harmed anyone on the outside.

The monsters called, Screws. Really abused us all.
There was this coloured prisoner, they made him stand
on a chair with his face to the wall.And like we all did daily.
They said to a fellow prisoner that, if his lips against the wall
did not hold him when they pulled the chair away. He would be, beaten
I was taken out of the room, the gymnasium staff were kind to me,
because of my physical disability. Cruel, they were beyond belief.
Should let him out to spend time with his mum she's a good age now even just get out at the weekends for a while see how it goes take it slow I don't even like leaving my dogs on there own for to long not fear on them let him out for the weekends he's got lots of friends and family he'll be alright.
So why don't the parole give him a chance he might say the wrong thing from time to time of what his done the past to start with just let him out on a weekend every 2 weeks or so for 6 months also after been locked up after this time how Wood it affect anyone
He’s done absolutely nothing to reduce his risk to the public no courses no moving through the category’s To a open prison he simply would not cope outside I spent 13 years away and when I got out I simply couldn’t adapt to how much things had changed the guy will die In prison I would not put my name behind him as a board member great interview tho sir well done 👍🏻
