The moment Amy and Sheldon had Coitus.
I love that she brings the tiara out for special occasions. Howard/Bernadette's wedding, Amy/Sheldon's wedding and even at the Nobel Prize ceremony.
I’m sure she also wore it when she went to have afternoon tea with Penny and Bernadette to feel more “mature” and was loving that all the 5 yr olds there were jealous of her tiara 😂

I love when Sheldon gives Amy a tiara (with the help of Penny) after an argument. I love the way that Amy kept repeating, "I'm a princess! I'm a princess!" Something that I can see myself doing too. 👸🏼😂🤣

One of my favorite moments of hers! Second only to her delivery of "We won..." when they get the call about the Nobel Prize. Which also should've made the list!
Amazing how Amy went from being a female Sheldon to being her own character. Though that may have had to do with her friendship with Penny and Bernadette.
I loved seeing her develop as a character
At first I called her she-Sheldon. Bernie and Penny must’ve rubbed off on her.
Mayim Bialik did lit up the show with her Miss Weirdo role. Her podcast is pretty good too.
She's a female Sheldon. TBBT didn't need an extra Sheldon.

She carried the show
Being a kid in the 90s, I was a huge fan of Blossom. So when I heard she'd be joining TBBT, I was super excited. But then omg.. that first episode she was so incredibly awkward but also hilarious 🤣 I fell in love with her right away.
I feel like Amy/Mayim gave this show new life when she joined the cast and she grew into her own softer, sweeter and more relatable character over the years. She'll always be my favorite TBBT character ♥️
I think that the introduction of both Amy and Bernadette made the show much better overall, because the main cast feels more “complete” as one dynamic unit, with both of them being the missing pieces of the puzzle!
*Still to this day, Amy receiving the TIARA from Sheldon is my FAVORITE scene EVER!!!* 💕💖💕💖💕💖💕💖💕

What about the adorable scene in which she makes Penny her Maid of Honor? Her “BESTIE!!” as she shoves Howard face first into the fridge rushing to hug Penny is hilarious!! Kaley couldn’t hold her laughter in so the reaction is genuine making it even more adorable and funny!
I love when Amy makes Sheldon his mema’s Christmas cookies.

Amy's delivery was perfect. At Bernie's wedding: "Thank you for letting me be your maid of honor. I'd be happy to do it again if this marriage craps out". The look on everyone else. Tiara and spanking were also top 3 for me.
I loved how Amy transitioned from being Sheldon's exact female counterpart, with limited social skills, into more of her own person, befriending Penny and Bernardette, and being happily married to Sheldon.
Happily? She's very dissatisfied with him, their very limited love life & his eccentricity. Penny & Bernadette resist her attempts to be her friends & she often appears to be in the closet.
@Christopher Bingham Shamy are less unhappy than the other couples.
We see too little of Bernadette's mother to know.
Amy and Sheldon were a toxic couple you’re right but that was the beginning but once they got back, they became more loving and open. Sheldon became a better listener and Amy became a more confident, kinder person
This ensemble cast, including the guest stars was pure brilliance.
I know the footage appeared at the beginning but Amy's gift to Penny of THAT portrait needs to be on this list! That Amy/Penny likeness is one of BBT's most iconic images!
I so wish that Howard and Raj would of remembered the dating service and after the wedding, reminded Sheldon that it got him and Amy to meet.

Same here! When she was first introduced, I thought to myself, I hope that she becomes a recurring character, at least! In my opinion, making both Amy and Bernadette as part of the main cast actually made the show much better!

No one could have played the Amy Farrah Fowler character better than Mayim Bialik. She took a persona that most of us would find less than desirable to spend time with & created a persona that we couldn't wait to be on our tvs.

I've always thought Mayim was a great talent ever since she was on Blossom. Love her as this character. My favorite is when she tells Sheldon off on the Valentine episode when they are riding the train.

i loved this show, but when mayim joined as amy, the show took off for me, and she was my favourite character, just awesome,
The spanking was the best, the bloopers of that was even better
Honestly, I missed a season or 2 of the show in the middle; I'd seen Sheldon and Amy meet but then didn't see the character development. I randomly saw the spanking scene while flipping through the channels and was like "omg what the heck happened to this show??". But once I saw the episode with proper context and backstory, it was a totally different scene.
One of the best moments is when Amy is away and yells at Bernadette and Penny through the computer: " I GAVE YOU ONE JOB, KEEP AN EYE ON HIM"
"HOW HARD IS THAT?"
I also like the scene where Sheldon & Amy are at the computer store & Amy says, "What would you like, Sheldon? Pentium II or..." [SHELDON: I DON'T KNOW! What do I do now?] Amy: I can't feel my legs...

I love when Amy's apartment was flooded and she contrived with the others to get Sheldon live with her. I know its similar to the VaporRub but still touching to watch.

The overstaying her welcome is so me. I'm nuerodiverse, and I need people to tell me when they want me to leave, so I don't end up feeling awkward. :)
I never mind having people stay who are good at just chilling out. Even as an adult I have had friends unexpectedly sleep over. I never mind if people aren't users and happy to just hang out with me.
Best moment was when she was trying to make Sheldon endear himself to her more by playing “Doctor… Star Trek style” since Mayim is a HUGE Trekker. “I’m in hell Leonard…. I didn’t say stop.”

I can't believe you didn't put in Amy in Vegas and Amy at Disneyland.... when she got drunk with Bernadette while Penny had to study, was super funny to watch. And talking about the importance of female scientists while applying lipstick dressed as Snow White... it took it to another level. So many other moments, like Little house on the prairie fanfiction, Shamy going to prom and exchanging ILYs, Amy having to go on a business trip and Sheldon giving her a send off... ummm BANG? Shamy moving in together, her reaction to Dr Nowitsky, her setting Sheldon straight before the Nobels, etc. P.S. that wasn't Amy trying to help Sheldon get closure, it was the opposite of that, dealing with the lack of closure. Cause one of his favorite tv shows got cancelled and he wanted to know how it would end and he was driving everybody crazy.
I'm sorry, @MsMojo, but to not even mention when Amy, in the series finale, gives Sheldon perspective on how he's been treating his friends and has broken their hearts is totally wrong. I doubt greatly that he would've heard it from anyone else but her, and it really does change the tide of how the series ends.

Unpopular opinion: Amy is the best TBBT character (after Sheldon of course). That is thanks to Mayim Bialik's acting.

I've watched this show, I kid you not, 12 times already. It's such a good show. Currently on 13. The ending always gets me teary.

Howard and Bernadette should had more episodes together. I think in season 11 when they sang January girl, they were so goofy and funny.

He didn't want to be in a relationship at first. They started as friends and he found her to be his intellectual counterpart. Eventually he became accustomed to her and even care for her. The way they did it was believable for his character and they took things extremely slow.
