I love how, in one of the voice overs, Sheldon talks about how they could have been better kids to his father and in another, he says that now that he's his father's age he can admit that he loved his dad and will miss him forever Another thing I love is the intro, how they include the family in later seasons and especially season 7 when they don't step away from the bull but rather Georgie shoos it away, kind of a foreshadowing of him stepping into the role of family patriarch.
Hi!😊 I am a 75 year old sister , daughter , aunt , wife (54 years) , mother , mother-in-law , grandmother (Nana) , And friend to many....I have watched hundreds of movies and TV programs throughout my life , and I have NEVER seen such a WONDERFUL program as “Young Sheldon”..... I laughed , I cried , (I am crying now as I am writing this)... Thank you to EVERYONE who had a part in making this VERY AMAZING production... Some of THE BEST TIME in my life was while being engaged /engulfed in the lives of The Cooper Family...My heart has been profoundly touched by each of you .... Y’all’s acting ability is SECOND-to-NONE. ! I LOVE EACH OF YOU for enriching my life , and also, the lives of our generational family , as we all sat in our living room and excitedly watched each episode excellently acted-out.... We hope each of you truly REALIZE the IMPACT you have made in our lives . What else can I say except a HEARTFELT THANK Y’ALL SO VERY MUCH. . Young Sheldon was a surprise. I thought the premise was silly and sentimental and would be a dumb show. Brilliant writing and perfect actors proved me wrong.
How fun! I wish every kid had a special day like that with their parent or grandparent, wisking them out of school for a day to do something fun like that. That’s something you never forget!
They put an easter egg in Georges funeral. The actor who played George dressed up as a woman and attended his characters own funeral. You can see him/her in the very back row of the church behind the family during the funeral.
As Sheldon would say: "We dare not forget today that we are the heirs of that first revolution. Let the word go forth from this time and place, to friend and foe alike, that the torch has been passed to a new generation of Americans -- born in this century, tempered by war, disciplined by a hard and bitter peace, proud of our ancient heritage, and unwilling to witness or permit the slow undoing of those human rights to which this nation has always been committed, and to which we are committed today at home and around the world."
My friend's granddad did that to his morning coffee. It was a morning ritual. He passed away just short of 100 years old! He wasn't alone doing it. I often wonder if that's why they lived so long.
Wonderful ! Nothing less than WONDERFUL ! Thank you to ALL who made this AMAZING production ! I love y’all....I really do...👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👍👍👍👍👍💕💕💕💕🇺🇸🇺🇸🇨🇱🇨🇱🐴🐴 From a Rootin’ Tootin’ Texan , in Katy , TEXAS....YeeeeHaawwww ! Rita S. 💕💕
I thought in the series finale at the funeral, Connie would stand by George’s coffin and apologised for saying all those quips and insults to him when he was alive and maybe that she never even meant it
These guys are different people? I thought they were the same person. Also, I've seen trailers for "Young Sheldon" and "The Big Bang Theory". I also saw some episodes and clips of "The Big Bang Theory".
My first favorite is Georgie because I know how he feels And Georgie is a rebel, And he gets the women I’m still learning about women Don’t know why women can’t be confusing
I understand it was written and filmed before young Sheldon. But I do not like the way Sheldon and especially his mother’s character talk about Sheldon’s Dad. In Young Sheldon, George is a good dad. And the kids obviously love him. Then in Big Bang they make out his Mother basically ‘fed’ him to death & celebrates it. 👎
I always liked Billy. He seemed like a sweet clueless kid. Who would do anything he could for you if he thought it would help you. Like when he showed Sheldon his chickens. He didn’t do it to scare Sheldon. He did it because he was proud of his chickens and he wanted to show them off. I keep on teetering about the Sheldon character. I honestly don’t know why any of the other characters even liked him. I always felt like they let Sheldon be in the friend circle on TBBT because he was Lenard’s roommate. And that was the only reason. Until he kind of wore everyone in the group down and they could tolerate him a little bit. And on YS it felt like even Tam was questioning his relationship with Sheldon. And Sheldon’s refusal to even try to understand anything other than his own self interests. Sheldon was definitely a guy I would have hated to have to be around. In the series finale of YS I was dropped right back into thinking he was a a$$hole. Refusing to go to his son Lenard’s hockey game and calling it a stupid interest. And hating that his daughter Penny was interested in the arts. Sheldon was a really horrible character.
@@asian6oy actually no it doesn't make them one. Attention seekers are like tiger and King cinephile. Both of them always respond and make false claims to start a argument.
Going off topic here, If he wasn't aged up, Do you think Iain Armitage would have been the best choice to play Damian Wayne Robin in the upcoming Batman the Brave and the Bold movie? Would Gordon Cormier be a better choice?

Trip down memory lane!
The casting did such a good job at finding someone who looked liked Jim Parsons. I swear he looks he looks like he could be related to Parsons.
I was thinking the same thing! They sure look like they could be related!
It’s almost as if jim parsons had some say in it. Like seeing over the casting process

Just finished the finale, it was such a poignant send off to George. Greatly anticipating the Georgie and Mandy spinoff.

@@MrRobarinothank you for confirming! I saw that!
I’d love to see what Iain Armitage would do next
The other woman Sheldon refers to walking in on with his father, was his mother dressed up as a german lady.

Outstanding.
Why?
I loved when Sheldon held his Father's hand for the first time. Also when he helped Mary get her faith back. Both.. very touching moments.

Multiple biologists named the various species they discovered "x bazinga"
Pastor: The first day is the word.
Sheldon: Is the word "kaboom"?
Lmao

They really need to give Missy a better ending then her just having a bunch of kids when she grow up.
If time travel existed in this franchise, What would happen if Sheldon met his younger version of himself? Who would win in a battle of intellect?
Imma go with the man with so much more accolades, schooling, years of learning independently, and the much more mature and social less awkward person
Who would win in a fight 10 year old me or 20 year old me.
Thanks for useful and valuable video as always ❤❤❤
