Raj was my favorite character next to Sheldon and Amy. I laughed so much during the "So happy together" song with penny and also the thanksgiving episode where he's cooking with Amy and Bernie.
Mary had some great lines, including this #1 pick when she tells Leonard that Sheldon isn't crazy, she had him tested and then adds that she regrets not following up with that specialist in Houston 🤣
When Penny and Bernadette told Amy that Sheldon wanted to have coitus with her and Amy responded with “YOU SHUT YOUR GODDAMN MOUTH!” Was so funny you can see Kailey wanting to break.
She actually said 'YOU SHUT YOUR DAMN MOUTH!," although it wouldn't surprise me if the original script said "Goddamn" and Mayim refused to say that. As for Kaley's facial expression afterwards, I always thought that was supposed to be Penny reacting to something sexual involving Sheldon. There were a lot of scenes like that.
My favorite is when Penny dislocated her shoulder. The entire bit is hilarious. I especially love when Sheldon is dressing her and she says "is that my arm?". He says "It doesn't feel like an arm," causing her to reply "Then perhaps you should let it go" lol...I died during that whole scene. Then later when he is "comforting her" with his there there and weird face lol
That was the first episode I ever saw and it got me hooked. Their hilarious interaction with her shoulder, her drugged up wanting to sing soft kitty, and them tripping balls in the desert is just comedy gold.
One of my favorites was when Penny gave Sheldon the napkin from the Cheesecake Factory that Leonard Nimoy signed. "I possess the DNA of Leonard Nimoy? Do you realize what this means? All I need is a healthy ovum and I can grow my own Leonard Nimoy!"

This show has given such a immense impact on my live and lives on millions, who felt a bit different. This is one of the reasons why I'm doing Phd, because this show (and it's actor like Dr. Mayim), made academia cool for me as teenager. This show wasn't making fun of weight, or looks, or being Sheldon. It was a celebration of being different, weird and nerd.

It would be more logical if she'd said, "My ken can kiss your Barbie," but what penny comes up with is pretty hilarious as is.
It’s funny how Howard wanted the other astronauts to call him rocket man, but because he’s mother ask him if he wanted FRUITLOOPS FOR BREAKFAST, they called him fruit loops.
I think I read about a hundred of these comments but I don’t remember a single person saying anything about Leonard finally getting to slap the poop out of Sheldon! Hands down, funniest moment in The Big Bang Theory. I know it’s not a quote but the slap and the end of Sheldon saying “How do we know we are not dreaming?” just made it perfect.

#10, and the reason I clicked... I tend to watch shows live AND record them to watch properly later, because somehow I can never fully watch in peace (people call, I have to get up for something, I look away at the wrong time), and even with Live PVR I prefer trying to avoid rewinding a live broadcast much. So, I watched it live AND recorded that episode for later. My brother, who also enjoys Big Bang Theory but has Cut The Cord, meaning he doesn't see things when they air, visited town that weekend, and I just HAD to use the recording to show him the dinner scene, I just LOVE Amy's lines and her delivery - plural, the over enthusiasm of the others, and the fearful look on Sheldon's face - so I needed to show him. He laughed as I expected, then "Okay, now I have to see the whole episode". I think of that every time I see that episode now (including the yearly Christmas marathon the Comedy channel shows which just ended this week) What's funny about #6, I've been saying "If I could, I would, but I can't, so I shan't" ever since I was a kid in the 80s, :) Ahhhh, alliteration, so appealing. #4, every time I think "Me too, Sheldon... Me too". :) #3, THAT high, really? I always groan at what's clearly a rip-off of Harry/Sally. Landed as cute, maybe smile-inducing, mostly from the snap sobering up, but I wouldn't even rank it in the top 10, come on! #2: I remember when that aired, my immediate reaction was "She's not going to know that definition of 'Ken'", which turned out to be the intent of the writing, LOL! The Honourable Mentions, Sheldon Doesn't Dance, I think Penny's half-naked dancing cooking is one of my favourite scenes in the whole series, :) Come on now, #1, I agree with another comment, "I'm not crazy, my mom had me tested" is a catchphrase, you said you weren't doing those! You even LABEL IT as "Various"! His mom even does it "He's not crazy, I had him tested... Though I wish I would have followed up". One I feel woefully missing: After Howard comes back from space, and he's mentioning space all the time leading up to the Hallowe'en party at the comic book store where he and Bernadette are dressed as Smurfs, they go in the back and Howard mocks Bernie with a high voice "People don't like it", I ALWAYS love and pay attention to her response, a very low (very VERY low for Bernadette) "I don't sound like that". Lower than her regular real-life voice, I think. SO unusual to hear her voice so low!
My favorites are missing. Amy’s tiara, her “hooooo!” when she met Zach and was turned on, and Sheldon’s acting lesson, where Penny calls Mary and says “I think I broke your son.”

#10, and the reason I clicked... I tend to watch shows live AND record them to watch properly later, because somehow I can never fully watch in peace (people call, I have to get up for something, I look away at the wrong time), and even with Live PVR I prefer trying to avoid rewinding a live broadcast much. So, I watched it live AND recorded that episode for later. My brother, who also enjoys Big Bang Theory but has Cut The Cord, meaning he doesn't see things when they air, visited town that weekend, and I just HAD to use the recording to show him the dinner scene, I just LOVE Amy's lines and her delivery - plural, the over enthusiasm of the others, and the fearful look on Sheldon's face - so I needed to show him. He laughed as I expected, then "Okay, now I have to see the whole episode". I think of that every time I see that episode now (including the yearly Christmas marathon the Comedy channel shows which just ended this week)
What's funny about #6, I've been saying "If I could, I would, but I can't, so I shan't" ever since I was a kid in the 80s, :) Ahhhh, alliteration, so appealing.

#3, THAT high, really? I always groan at what's clearly a rip-off of Harry/Sally. Landed as cute, maybe smile-inducing, mostly from the snap sobering up, but I wouldn't even rank it in the top 10, come on!
#2: I remember when that aired, my immediate reaction was "She's not going to know that definition of 'Ken'", which turned out to be the intent of the writing, LOL!
The Honourable Mentions, Sheldon Doesn't Dance, I think Penny's half-naked dancing cooking is one of my favourite scenes in the whole series, :)
Come on now, #1, I agree with another comment, "I'm not crazy, my mom had me tested" is a catchphrase, you said you weren't doing those! You even LABEL IT as "Various"! His mom even does it "He's not crazy, I had him tested... Though I wish I would have followed up".
One I feel woefully missing: After Howard comes back from space, and he's mentioning space all the time leading up to the Hallowe'en party at the comic book store where he and Bernadette are dressed as Smurfs, they go in the back and Howard mocks Bernie with a high voice "People don't like it", I ALWAYS love and pay attention to her response, a very low (very VERY low for Bernadette) "I don't sound like that". Lower than her regular real-life voice, I think. SO unusual to hear her voice so low!
Two minutes of lines in a 15 minute video. Give me strength.
