The Flip can get bright at high volume, like I mentioned in the video. The Marshall isn't a bad speaker at mid to low volume, but it's just too dang expensnive for what you get, IMO.
Jay i think best vid i seen ya do was on the bogasing m5 that speaker is a lil beast got one on way and man i just took out my wife flip 6 then ordered charge 5 went picked it up came home played a hank jr song born to boogie couldnt even barely hear the piano in the song.. that 5 sounds good for bass thump but hell i then took out one of my insmy m226 speakers i got for only 23 bucks each amd 1 of those had more detail in that song then the 5 and as much bass just not the brightness in treble of the charge 5 but still on hunt for smaller size speaker for bringin out ice fishing this winter amd what sold me on the m5 was your comment in vid of youd easily take it over the emberton 2 thats all i needed to read man lol
Yeah, that Emberton II was a poor speaker for it's price tag. The Bogasing is set up the same way with front and back speakers, but I liked the Bogasing M5 better and it's FAR less $$.
@JaysStraightUpReviews last question jay I was also lookin at that tribit stormbox pro upgraded version is that thing compatible with tribit app or no?? Also the vids ya posted on that were quite awhile ago but curious how that thing would still stack up tribit has it for 71 bucks on their website and it's like 83 bucks on Amazon right now
@@wadec6799 I had the old model Stormbox Pro, which wasn't compatible with their app at that time. The upgraded model is compatible with their app. That kind of pissed me off at the time and I ended up selling off my Stormbox Pro. It's a pretty good speaker, but I liked the XSound Mega better at that time. Soundcore has another new speaker that has kind of flown under my radar at least. The SOundcore Sparkle, which looks to be a follow-up to the Flare 2. Similar to the Stormbox Pro. Hello Jay! I compared my Skullcandy barrel with my extreme 3 JBL And I am shocked. There is no comparison. After comparing them I realize that my extreme 3 has very little bass. It's not even close. I see why you didn't compare them. It was a waste of time and effort on my part lol well not really because now I know with no doubt at all that there is no comparison. My extreme 3 makes my Skullcandy Barrel sound like it's worth at least $350 and the extreme 3, by comparison, sounds like it's worth $79. I'm not trying to be rude to JBL but in my opinion, What a rip off?! The only thing I can say is the extreme 3 sounds ultra clear and it has great sound Don't get me wrong if you're not a bass head. I'm kind of disappointed I thought the JBL would sound better than it does
Jay wtf is the deal with jbl app.... wjen ya pair 2 flip 6 speakers ya can't go into app and adjust eq it says they have ti stay in balanced mode for best sound???? This pisses me off fml
I like the deeper bass of the Marshall at low/mid volumes. The JBLs sound very shrill at upper volumes.

I can't tell you what to get. However, if this is just for home use the Authentics 200 is great and it supports Google Voice and Alexa both.

Yeah, I don't like that at all. I just use 3rd party EQ to adjust when running TWS.
