So thankful for all the content you put out on a regular basis. I started my agency in 2021 and boy oh boy! A roll coaster it has been! Wishing you the best this year in all your dreams and goals. :)
@@TheMillionaireRecruiter Hi! My husband joined me back in 2021 so we are a team. We were in tech for the longest time and I had to transfer into healthcare this last year due to the economy. Are you still in tech or did your team have to branch out into other industries? I know if you have been in business a while you might have been able to leverage your relationships. I hope that has been the case for you! Since we started in 2021 our relationships weren't quite strong enough to hold onto our tech clients. So we had no choice but to jump industries. I hope your week has been full of success and wins! - Michelle
Hi, Can please explore that what should be the format of resume which we can sent to clients. Or can make video on this topic.? Anything will be helpful.
Yeah I’ll do a quick video on it. Essentially you have 5-10 seconds to grab the hiring managers attention and you have to make it’s easy to tell what they do
I’m about to make a company wide suggestion of Covey, our company uses LinkedIn, indeed ads, and an ATs with 150k old resumes, you think it’s the best?
Covey is by far the best. Don't get me wrong, I love Linkedin but it's getting awfully noisy. How big is your team? I ask because Covey has this great tool that utilizes everyone's connections
@@TheMillionaireRecruiter that’s great to hear! We have 50 recruiters, I’m in a silo with two where we are focusing on perm with everyone else with a temp focus
Hey there! I don't put our jobs that we recruit for on our site. However, we are www.talentperch.com , www.thriversity.io , and www.themillionairerecruiter.com
any tips on how to avoid contacting the same client with different candidate profiles. I work in a niche field and find that i struggle to find enough companies to send the different candidates too. Also, would you say its better to find clients that sell the specific product the candidate has worked in, or find clients that fall under a more general theme the candidate has worked in?
What is your outlook for someone looking to start their own solo agency in this recession bound, bear economy? I was recently laid off, I have years of experience in b2b sales, hundreds of connections, and thinking of taking a leap of faith. Any advice will be appreciated 👍.
Recession is the best time to start a business. If you can learn fast, understand and are okay with a rollercoaster then this is still a great time. You need to learn how to be an incredible recruiter, be a CEO and pick your niche. We now have a program that guides people into starting their own recruiting agency. Apply here (talentperch.typeform.com/to/wND7V5tA), so we can chat more and see if this is right for you.

Same to you! What industry/roles do you recruit for you? Is it just you or do you have employees?

Do you use Cover instead of Linkedin recruiter or with Linkedin recruiter?
I am in a mega contract with Linkedin recruiter. However, once that is over, I will absolutely use just www.getcovey.com
@@TheMillionaireRecruiter Oh so Getcovey alone can source the candidates. That's great to hear! Thank you.
