This guy is fucking awesome! My family owned Packard point on Great Moose for over 100 yrs. Then it fell into the wrong hands and we lost it. It was gone overnight. Love this.
Great job on the video--you and your colleagues do such a great job on these videos of capturing a property's essence, as I get a real feel of what it would be like to be walking the property and being in the home. And, having lived far too long in the Phoenix, AZ (38 years now), where we were about 115 degrees yesterday, seeing such a cool, green, water-filled and pristine area is just exactly what I needed. My dream would be to live in property like this--thank you for your work in putting these videos out!!
Well in nature there are the hunters and the prey. I believe man is part of a nature. I know at least when I was in school I learned that we were part of the animal kingdom. The best protectors of nature in my opinion are hunters and fisherman.
Well our biologist are definitely studying winter tick. I can not say for certain what our current mortality has been, but there is no doubt that winter tick is a problem. I did see one ragged looking cow the other day along the road. She was alive, but in need of a beautician.
@@richardtheriault7624 I'm in NH and we are now down to 30ish hunting permits per year. Thanks for your input. I just have to convince the wife that we belong at this awesome property.
Yup, no light pollution is nice. I wonder what term we'll use for when the sky is full of low orbit satellites. They are visible. I assume Starlink will be only the first company to fill the sky. Imagine trying to explain to grandkids that there once was a time you could feel far from civilization and you could only see stars at night.
@@lifestyleproperties we visited Maine from Louisiana for my husband’s retirement trip. It was a bucket list trip for him and we left a piece of our heart there. Love this property.
Nice place but a tad small and a little too pricey. I'm thinking it needs a bigger septic system and a water filter. Nice video presentation by the way.
Wow. A little piece of heaven in Maine!! Can’t beat that location
Thanks for watching and your comments.
Thanks Alex. The location is amazing.
Hi from Litchfield County, CT! Love these vids. There’s “rustic” and then there’s this place. LOL
Its a camp for sure. Thanks for watching.

Thanks for watching.
Loved everything except knowing that there would be hunters too close to what would be Paradise.

Bullet proof glass is a must
Off topic but are your seeing a lot of winter tick mortality in your Maine moose?
Love this property,!

Do you guys usually find the ticks on the coast, in the mountains, or the plains? More in the north, east, or south?
Southern Maine and coast have more. Ticks can be found almost everywhere.
All the way down to Pennsylvania! Lol. They're everywhere here. Deer ticks are the ones ya gotta watch out for here.
Just checking can a person use a flatback canoe with a small outboard motor on that lake?
Yes you can
@@lifestyleproperties Thank you

Small satellites don't contribute much light pollution. Tell the grandkids they are slow shooting stars.
What if I wanted to do some remodeling and addition link in addition to this property would I be capable of doing that Please comment back thank you
This one is under contract

Can a well be drilled on this property
We think so.
Would not be surprised if you could drink from the lake...have a camp nearby and test water in Augusta (hottest month) with no issues yet...
August not Augsuta!
My family has to plug in the camp
Thanks for the visit.
What type of fish are in the lake?
Smallmouth bass, white perch, chain pickerel, landlocked salmon, brook trout

It is a very large septic system. The plan alone is nearly 40 pages long. It is a very impressive septic system for a seasonal cottage.
can I buy more can around the cottage and what re the prices
This one has sold.
Very nice location. Way too much for that shack.
Thanks for watching.
Lake front property in NY is double that!! Without a house! Lol!
Looking for mountain properties.Do you have any ?
We do keep watching.
Having a doggie door in the middle of the Maine wilderness is a bit of a risky Endeavor in my opinion
Sold?
Yes
Quintinsential 😂
where is best location to add solar?
Oriented to the south of the property.
Turkey lake
Turkey Tail Lake
P
so hard to listen to you talk
Thanks for watching.
Don't hunt the moose
We can't make any promises on that request.
