Man your the BOSS my brother. Best Range Rover video out in TH-cam land. That extended height is the cats meow. You truly make it soooo...easy. Love your Landy beautiful. Just purchased a 2011 Range Rover Sport, so I am interested to see your new shoes, and how they perform. CHEERS MY FRIEND!
@@Icutmetal Look at what the OP replied. Rear *Locking* differential, in case you thought I meant open differential. This truck is spec'd with only a lock centre diff.
See, this is my problem with this new Range Rover, or more specifically, “offroad” vehicles with stiff independent wishbone type suspension, that is set up mainly for highway use, NO ARTICULATION WHATSOEVER.. All good and well to demonstrate how “well” it climbs over smooth rock faces and hangs wheels in the air, but in reality the shocking lack of suspension articulation makes this thing look ungainly and out of it’s comfort zone while traversing that, or any type of terrain. Put this Range Rover side by side with a stock standard Range Rover P38 (the last REAL Range Rover) with proper live axles, and this new cars shortcomings will be immediately obvious. The only reason it can cross the obstacles it does is thanks to terrain response and a clever traction control system. It really does not possess any of the suspension setup traits that defines a true capable offroader. Land Rover has lost their way unfortunately..

Thank you! 🙏🙏🙏
You've sold me with those tires. I subscribed! Good tips on Range Rover home maintenance.
Slow and steady wins the race with a Land Rover off road!
Finally someone is actually using the car for what it was designed for instead of conquering your local whole foods parking lot… great vid👍
Well said!🙌🙌🙌
Love the channel!
Awesome driving. You are really using your RR to the maximum!
Love the flex at 4:50 😊
You are very brave XD I scares me to take my old Discovery off-road too much
The pink Jeep coming down the trail was total opposite to the RR.
What psi would you run on 20” tires/wheels? I have a L322 SC and heading to CO next week. Just installed BFG KO2.
Hi! I didn’t make any changes. I was running stock psi..
How do you like that tire? That's the one I'm considering, other than the Wrangler Duratrac's that are on the new Defender.
I really love it! Great grip, quiet, good on snow👌
Hello from Canada. What a beautiful place! Did you air down? Great driving :)
Hi! I didn’t, stock psi 👍
Are those rock sliders or steps
Fun!!!
Hey what size are those wheels/ tyres
Stock
Hi there, I really enjoyed your video, I am putting together an off road compilation of the L405, and wondered if you would like to be included?
If you leave the links for my channel, go for it 👍
@@alexfixty Thank you, I will be sure to credit your channel as the source of the footage.
Hi Alex, did you buy these tires in SL range or LT? If LT, then C, D, E, or F? Thanks. Great videos.
Hi! It’s Toyo Open Country A/T III
255/55R20 110H
I think it’s XL
Thank you!
Молодец! :) Any damage on the car afterwards? What size tyres are those?
No damage :) stock size 255/55/20 as I remember
What's about the mpg's? Much of a difference??
Freeway is 19-20mpg. I think not much difference
Lexus SUVs with low departure angles would not be able to do this.
Good try
Do you have a rear diff?
I don’t, traction control works perfect 👍
Of course; it’s not front wheel drive.

@@chairmanmao3885 Yeah, I get it…but they’re all differentials (open or locker/LS), that’s my point.
Is your Range Rover a V8?
V6
я нашел😁
Haha
mud is more interesting than rock
It was difficult to find mud in Sedona haha
