Saffa here. What a real man. Humble gentleman that exudes strength & quiet confidence. They couldn't have picked a better Head Coach for the Lions.
Or Ireland
absolutely. proper decent bloke who's played at the highest level, without the dourness of some head coaches (mainly old kiwis 😉)
Man is pure class. Thanks Andy for what you've done for Irish rugby team.
Je suis français , j'adore l'irlande et cet entraîneur , j'ai eu autant de peine pour vous a cette coupe du monde que pour pays
@@brunolebris6264🇮🇪💚❤️Merci beaucoup.
Loved the part where he said "We just gotta get better at it then".
Respect.
Such a lovely humble man. Class to his bones. I can only imagine the players would walk through a wall for him. Fabulous interview by Joe as always.
love the comments and observations about the north and south of ireland around minute 7:00. i think we're very lucky to have andy farrell as the head man for irish rugby.
A hell of a solid bloke...Ireland all the way
Best thing to happen to Ireland 🇮🇪 👏
Passport in the mail.
With a surname like that maybe it’s a little easier to get too?
Great interview. You can see why he gets the most from his team.
He is such an asset for Irish rugby.
So genuine, he's a guy that inspires people around him and definitely encourages his team and backroom staff to be the best that they can be. He was made for head coach role, incredibly articulate too. Fine interview Joe 👍
🇿🇦 ... Great man .. Great interview!
Great coach and a great man.
Andy shows the best of the sport. Humble, but an extremely hard worker who is very good at what he does.
Great interview with such a humble guy. What an amazing leader of this fantastic Irish team🍀☘
Fantastic interview, well constructed questions. Top gentlemen. 🇮🇪 🇮🇪 🇮🇪
Hard not to back Ireland again for this tournament but it will take some performance to beat France in Marseille. You get the clear impression the Ireland environment is world class and where the margins at the top are so fine how Ireland have been so consistent
Loved the interview. Andy seems so well balanced, open and transparent and seems to have gone on a big journey. I’m emotional intelligence.
I love the honesty. Great interview.
IRELAND
And Mr.Farrell made for each other, a Man that gets on with it.
Like Jack C, just do IT.
It's Andy........same as Jack.
Did you take the knee for BLM also?
Your a muppet ...@@user-sm9jy2jm1i
Great man brilliant so far let's go🇮🇪🇮🇪
That man is Irish ☘️ king 👑

Joe is a great interviewer ,
Were so lucky have Farell
great interview massive gentleman and coach
Down to earth man. Lovin the green tie.😊
Yep representing 😊😊
At the end of the day, Andy is sound 👍
He's such a great coach. In my opinion - hands down the best there is.
A man's man!
I don't think he really grasps how much he's loved as a coach in Ireland.
I actually think he does to be honest
He’s loved as much as Big Jack and I’m sure he’s been told so many times 🇮🇪
What a great head coach we have.
What a man, coach for life please
Been a fan since Wigan . Always inspiring.
Good interview, etc.. 🙂
Top fella a true stalwart....n just. He,s the main man for ireland thankfully
Great interview
Great interview, a top man, a fantastic coach, and an exemplary leader.
Regardless of what happens to this Irish team, it’s clear from this that he is an incredibly decent guy.
It’s obvious why he manages to get the best out of the players, because I could imagine that if I was a player I’d want to give him my best.
Love the man.
I think he has brought rugby to a totally different level
well done!
in faz we trust, i would absolutely love to have a pint with this guy
What better eay to spend 30 minutes
The Albert Einstein of rugby .
Interesting that Andy Farrell should talk about where he originally came from cos coincidentially just finished reading a book written by a mother Marie McCourt about a real life story of a mother's quest to find her murdered daughter's body back in the late1980s who had lived and was killed in a town called Billinge, on that mining strip between Liverpool to Manchester as the daughter had worked briefly in the dole office in Wigan before she later went to work in Liverpool. Very sad but the people there all sounded very family orientated and close knit communities who rallied with alot of support. The women all seemed strong, genuine and real fighters for justice in that part of the country So going on impression from the book Farrell must have come from good stock.
Billinge isn't a town m8, a village.
Farrell for President!!
Andy boi 💚💚
Great man with deep appreciation of the human condition. Enough of the crap I love this man’s attitude ☘️🎚️
Proper northern Englishman. Great values and family orientated. Wish him well except when playing England . 🏴
Enjoy the success while we have it - the only way is down when Andy moves on.
That's what they said before the departure of BOD, Joe Schmidt, Jonny Sexton.... yet here we are, proving the doubters wrong again.
A true gaffer. Humility and concern for his team and their personal situations..wh would want anything more
He would love that to be england
So that he could be treated like they treated his son? I doubt it... He will never get the level of respect, admiration and welcome there that he enjoys in Ireland. Doesn't hurt that he has Irish roots, of course.
lost me when "who is.........
Salt of the earth
Tough man to interview. 30 minutes without any new tit bits or talking points. Solid, straightforward Norherner.
A huge loss for Rugby League.
1/4 exit and best coach in the world?
Do you feel better now.
Rent free in your head 😂😂😂
Emm so losing a tight match to new zealand rules one out from best coach in the world, even though he has a tiny pool of players to pick from
Yet still wins grand slams, beat All Blacks in a series in New Zealand. Beat South Africa in world cup, playing the best Rugby.
Yes.
Best coach in world.
You must have a sad life
To come on here and be that salty.
God bless you 🙏
by that logic, Steve Borthwick is a better coach..??? Only a fool would think that.
