Nice presentation, however, the washrooms are a big NO. Can't people learn to separate the toilet and bathroom with cubicles. I hate it when water pours all over the toilet. Watu wa Thika road like to combine toilets and bathrooms, sijui who adviced them aki. This is a home not rental so why combine?

For a mansion the space is quite small, but I love the design👌
The house is beautiful from outside but the partioning of the room not well done and the finishing that wooden wardrobes looks too old
House is good lighting is great, no showering "equipments" seen. Toilets in bedrooms are messed up, if your mother in law comes to visit she can't fit in those! God forbids she has a fall! From your kitchen you can monitor everything your neighbor is doing. Parking for 6 cars sitting on each other! House ous great in a very tiny piece of land! For that amount!

The Guest bedroom has a toilet 👍the bath room(shower) sijaona. N if it's there that space is very small meaning you have2dry the toilet after every shower(a shower Cabin was a better option 10m int a joke)But the space CLDNT allow.That space ya fridge!! N cooker mmmmh .if the wash Basin wld be also inside the bathroom !! But space!!!
The rooms looks very busy interior decoration though anyone can change the taste on self;
The washroom in the master bedroom is just terrible considering the house is 10m they should have done better
What really people look now days is security even if the house is great and the area has serious crimes no one will buy you house

Why do pple always install sinks inthe living room area,dinning n outside the powder rooms,there is a kitchen with sinks for crying out loud,powder room should have a vanity sink so no more sinks sticking out at every corner.
When I went to a village in Italy🇮🇹, I found that they don’t have washbasins in their toilets. I asked why, they said “its not necessary here in Italy”
What I mean is, some basic norms that apply internationally may not apply here. This is kenya and thats how many developers do it. Hakuna Matata!

I also ask the same question. People can wash their hands in the powder room or the kitchen. Looks odd to me but I understand it's ok for other people.

I'm very interested in kitchen layout coz l didn't see the chimney. There's storage above stove area. The steam from food will wear out the wooden cabinets. Nice house though.

The kitchen is not well designed. Once you set up the fridge and the oven, there won't be enough space for someone to use the oven. Fridge will be blocking them
