    My name is Piotr. My channel is about two wheels. The ones where you can travel, discover interesting places and meet special people. Rather, less known, secret persons and places that interest me. And two wheels are the key to this journey as well as trusted companion (like my cow mascot😊) that you can always rely on.
    That's why sometimes it will be serious and sometimes fun - as it is in life - but always honestly.

    8 year ago I sold 1. gen. I wasnt riding for that long. This year I bought my self a vstrom which was great... but i missed Tenere. Yesterday I bought used Tenere again (2017) for the same reasons. Ride safe

    Love my 2010 remapped & new exhaust system minus catalytic converter.
    T7 maybe my next bike.

    Great comparison thanks. Looking at the Super Tenere 2022, I prefered the cluster of the 1st gen, but I love the stock cruise control and heated grips with ES on the later versions...I remember trying one a while back and it was a magic carpet, even compared to my Africa Twin. It only needs an exhaust to sound better :)

    You have two! Lucky man! Are there differences with 2022 model, or is it still the “second generation”? Thanks for the video, Piotr.

    How is the ABS on gravel? Apparently there's no off switch?

    • @Teneretraveler
      @Teneretraveler  4 หลายเดือนก่อน

      No switch. Bike is heavy and you simply use rear brake more often and more delicate. This is not 700CC but on Caucasus gravel went satisfactory.

    Hi Tenere Traveler, I'm about to purchase a 2013 Super Tenere in the same colours you have in the video. You mention you've changed the glass of the blinkers from orange to white. I would like to do the same. Where did you purchase the white ones? Thanks!

    • @fabioj.w.6185
      @fabioj.w.6185 2 ปีที่แล้ว

      The ones from mt09 14-20 will fit, also mt07. You will have to sand out one of the pins of the orange lamps cause they are @150 degrees not 180

    How about suspension controls for a pillion?

    • @Teneretraveler
      @Teneretraveler  4 ปีที่แล้ว

      I usually put 20 clicks on t7. It is fine for 55kg pillion :)

    So the 2013 is considered the first gen?

    • @Teneretraveler
      @Teneretraveler  2 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      I think so. Display unit is to check at first glance. Second gen has two displays.
