Both Darth Talon and Darth Atroxa were female Twi-lek Sith Lords, Darth Phobos was a female Theelin Sith Lord, Darth Cognus was a female Iktochi Sith and Darth Maladi was a female Devaronian Sith. And there were many female Sith Lord belonging to the original Sith species.
