Hi James! The TH-cam account itself was created December 12, 2020. The posting of videos and video shorts started about a year ago. Can't really say with any absolute certainty that this is Grandma Mery or someone associated with the family...
I don't think there is any reason to assume that HS is related to the family. Apparently all the videos are copies from the family's social media channels, like Angelina's, Mery's, and Juliette's TikToks or Instagrams.
